So the Rangers have a new two foot long hot dog at the concession stand this year. I've been to a few stadiums, but haven't seen anything as crazy as that.

I got got by the UFC On Fox facebook page, announcing the UFC has added a women's division. Damn this date. ¬_¬
April fools?

I need the EWB baseball fans to help me out. Check this out: here. Thanks to anyone that helps me out!

I guess Frank McCourt doesn't have any more financial problems.

Cowboys will win by thirty. We have Brandon Carr and a healthy Romo. [/typicalcowboysoverreactionconfidence]

Rafters in an outdoor stadium? .

The tickets I got are in the BATS Crown Club, which have a face value of $250. I usually buy all my sporting tickets from StubHub! I got tickets to each round of the Rangers World Series run last year and didn't spend more than $300.
-
I'm going to the Kansas City Royals v Chicago White Sox game in August (Eric Hosmer bobblehead...oh yea!) and was wondering if any of you guys have visited the park? I got great seats on StubHub!, thirteen rows behind home plate for $45 each. Any suggestions for local restaurants, attractions, etc?

Stoked UNC lost. Everyone in my bracket pool picked them to win it all. I got 3/4 final four teams and have Ohio State winning it all. Not a Buckeye fan at all, but the pick is looking good. Wish Michigan State wouldn't have dropped out so early.

So I guess Chipper is done. Torn meniscus in his knee. Can't see his recovery time at his age being too quick.

One of the best third basemen of all time?
Curt Schilling just called him "arguably the best third baseman of all time."
He has the highest OPS of any 3B. I say a first ballot Hall of Famer for sure.

They have Kellen Moore ranked as the 20th best quarterback. Welp.

Apparently the choice is now Tebow's to make.
Hmmm media hooplah in New York or go to Jacksonville, home, and get creamed behind a crappy line. Sounds win win for Tebow.
-
Don't really follow hockey too much, but I know the Stars are in third place. Is that due to a crappy division, or are we actually good? I know we have a pretty legit goalie.

SMU wasn't the only school giving illegal benefits to recruits. If one team gets caught doing something, it's safe to bet that every other team is doing it as well.

Holy crap! Gus walked out with half his face showing, I thought he made it out clean somehow. Then he went all Two-Face on us. How freaking awesome was that? I was not expecting anything this great out of this show.

All kinda speculation in the article, buT it's a good short read.

I have two episodes left in season four, and all I can say is...
HOLY CRAP BALLS!

Even though Houston made it to the playoffs and won a game with their third stringer and two best defensive players. Oh NFL logic, you astound me.
-
Is it safe to say that Reid will finally be done with the Eagles if he whiffs on the playoffs or doesn't win a game in the playoffs?

Thought it would make sense to post this in here, but if I'm not a huge follower of Baseball, am I missing anything if I get The Show 11 instead of 12? Can get 11 for relatively cheap, what with the arrival of 12.
The only thing you'd be missing out on is pulse pitching. The graphics are essentially the same and you can download rosters online, probably. I usually alternate years for sports games.
The 2012 Masters Tournament Thread

I hope Tiger wins it. He does so much for the sport, ratings wise. Honestly, Tiger winning the Masters might do more for the younger guys. If Tiger brings in the viewers cause he's leading or around the lead, then Rory and everyone will get their name and face out there. Then the rest of the tour this year can be centered around McIlroy trying to beat Tiger for a major.
