"11:14" is one of my all time favorite films, don't know a lot of people who have seen it.
Other one I really like is "Bang Bang, You're Dead," low budget and about school shootings and stuff, but it's just a great fuckin' movie. (no official trailer, though)

I actually like Perfect Couples. I only watch 3 Thursday shows and I would rank it 3rd but I thought it was funny. I have never seen Parks and Rec. Is it like The Office? I could never really get into that show and it seems like they are pretty similar.
I actually despise the Office, I don't like Steve Carell's character on there. Just annoys me. I understand Parks and Recreation is similar, but I just think the characters on this one are so much better. Tom Haverford, Andy Dwyer, April Ludgate, Ron Swanson. Those 4 characters are some of the best people on TV.
My father, who never watches ANY new show, likes them. I forced him to watch one episode, and he is catching up on season 2 on Netflix now. Just amazing, amazing character development.

I literally just started watching Angel this week, and have already finished season 1. It's really good. Watched the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episodes that Angel went back to, and I can't help but feel that the two shows attempt to go for two totally different audiences. Angel seems more grown up, whereas Buffy seems to be for teens or tweens. Maybe I'm missing something, anyone tell me anything about the first couple of seasons of Buffy or something that may make me change my mind?

Christ, I know listening to Slipknot must set your standards pretty low, but how bad does it have to be before your criteria for voting someone as one of your ten favourite singers of all time is "he can sing"?
Uhhh, isn't the criteria for all-time favorite singers being the fact that they can sing? I mean, it's in the title...I'm just posting those for people who say he can't or that he was a bad choice...
-
Some great Corey Taylor singing, but this song by Stone Sour is the biggest reason I voted for his good singing. I understand everyone's taste is different, but he's not just about Slipknot's screaming stuff, the guy can actually sing...

Plus, on the Slipknot song "Snuff," he shows he can sing, too...

Hey all, just started hosting an online radio station 4 nights a week for three hours, it's at a station called ToXiC Radio. I'm on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 6PM to 9PM EST and on Thursdays and Sundays from 9PM to Midnight EST. Anyone else host anything like that? Figure if enough of us have some online playlists, or something, we could spread some music out and around.
Anyway, take a listen to mine if you get a chance, I think I play some pretty good music (even if you think differently) and post any links you might have, would love to check some other's stuff out while surfing the internet.
-
I can't stop listening to a lot of stuff by P!nk. I listen to rock and punk music, mostly, with some other stuff thrown in, but there is a lot of stuff in there by her.
"Funhouse," "Sober," "Don't Let Me Get Me," "Just Like A Pill," just to name a few...she's the only pop female I can really listen to.

To be fair to him, he was proven right when Beyonce won the main award.
I don't understand that. How can Beyonce LOSE best female to Taylor Swift, but then win video of the year? It makes no sense. Basically, that means that had Taylor Swift been nominated, she would have won video of the year? I hate MTV.
-
I don't understand all the hubbub about the Beyonce video. It's her dancing in a black and white video with a black leotard type thing on, with two girls behind her mimicking her moves. Not only that, but she does the same dance at least 3 times throughout the video. That is considered a top video? What happened to those that had those crazy effects that kept you interested in the video?
"Sabotage" by Beastie Boys?
"Everlong" by Foo Fighters?
I can't think of anymore right now, but those two I just remember watching over and over again because they were so awesome. Hell, I was more entertained by P!nk's video for "So What" than I was by Beyonce's.

Search function is down, anyone have any pics of Michael Hart? Thanks in advance.

I heard a rumor that the reason there are only 12 episodes this season is because it ends in November, I think, and the 13th episode (because they have signed on for 39 more episodes, so usually 13 a season) is actually going to be a Christmas special.
Just about one month to go!!
-
There's one that I'm still bitter about because it was just canceled, but Reaper could have definitely gone for a third season, especially with how season 2 ended.
Also, Tru Calling I felt could have kept going on, and could have, too, because it was one that was on Fox. Heck, the ratings were UP in the second season and they canceled it because they didn't think it was a good lead-in to The OC. Bastards...

I just watched the movie, and I honestly don't know how I feel about it. Let's put up the spoiler tags...
Spoiler: Click here to viewThe movie just seemed extremely rushed and was a bit poorly acted. The Daddy character was obviously a (lame) attempt at a new T-Bag character. It just left a disgusting taste in my mouth, felt like they tried to do the whole first season in a little over an hour and a half.Personally, I am not going to by the DVD of the movie. I am going to let the ending that was in the season 4 finale be the final ending and try to forget everything about this movie...well, everything except Gretchen, how awesome is that chick?
Though, then you could say she was the season 3 Mahone of the movie. Bleh, I just...I dunno.
-
I love this show, what an episode, holy shit! It just gets better and better, and most shows don't do that. My father, who hadn't watched any of season one or two, sat down during last night's show, and did something he never did before: asked what was going on and if he could borrow my season one DVDs.
I hate that the season finale is on Sunday, because this is the last of my shows to end for the season. Now it's just American Big Brother for the summer

***PLEASE DO NOT CLICK THIS SPOILER IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW RUMORS ABOUT THE MOVIE!***
Spoiler: Click here to viewApparently, the movie (or last month of Scofield's life) is going to center around Sara being arrested for the death of Christina and their race to get her off death row while she is pregnant. That is what the rumor going around is. Basically, it's going to be like the 24 movie they did. Haven't heard if it will be released on DVD or on it's own separate disc set, but the rumor now is it's going to get a separate release. However, we all know the ending to the movie...Scofield dies -
Spoiler: Click here to viewSad ending! By the way, did anyone else notice the date on the grave? If my math is correct, that means that Scofield lived between one and two months after they all got exonerated. Only one or two months, I was just like "WTF?" Anyway, rumor is the movie is going to be the last month of Scofield's life, I've heard more, but don't want to spoil it. Was I the only one who was really happy to see Danay Garcia brought back? I thought the way they wrote her off at the beginning of the season was horrible, but I guess they didn't want three women cast members. Ahh well.

I catch episodes that I miss on Comcast OnDemand, of course, if you don't have that, you are out of luck. Season 1 is on DVD now, and I know of a website where you can watch all of the episodes, but it isn't technically allowed to be posted. I don't think it is, anyway.

Anyone else notice in the Survivor Series: Deadly Game video package that they blur out Jeff Jarrett and Al Snow's names in the tournament brackets? Just thought that was funny...
