  1. Ha, love facepalm spidey! No, they're COMBINING all of them. The Secret Wars event begins after all of the incursions have happened save one, the Prime 616 Marvel Universe and the Ultimate universe. Secret Wars happens and then from that there is only a singular Marvel Universe. .... .... for now. And yet, Web Warriors
  2. Speaking of Deadpool, I just dunno how I feel about him being an Avenger. What do you guys think?
  3. Regarding Simmons... Good first episode, I thought. Nothing groundbreaking, but I think it set up the season's themes nicely.
  4. Wait, what? MJ's gonna be in Iron Man's series?
  5. Although I wasn't able to watch any yesterday or the day before, I finally managed to start watching Parasyte. Why the hell haven't I done this before? The show is great!
  6. This is a few days old already, but since it hasn't been posted yet, figured why not? This promotional image of Jay Garrick for season 2 makes me squee. http://www.toplessrobot.com/assets_c/2015/08/jaygarrickflashcw-thumb-560x560.jpg
  7. This site has the first Black Panther pictures from the filming of the next Cap movie. EDIT: And Fantastic Four's the gift that keeps on giving in regards to shenanigans. Josh Trank and Miles Teller almost got into a fight while filming, and Trank was basically an asshole towards mostly everybody, especially Kate Mara.
  8. Yeah, whoever had the rights at the time hired Roger Corman to make a Fantastic Four movie in 1994 and, if I remember correctly, he and everybody else who worked in it did so with the assumption it would be released. However, they only had to make the movie, they didn't have to release it to keep the rights and it ended up never being released. Here's the trailer that somehow ended up on the net: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gcpmM-eTESI EDIT: Holy crap, just found out the movie is available on the net. I'm actually tempted to watch THIS instead of the new one. You're just now finding it? Its been in rotation at comic conventions for a decade now. Watched it in 2004. They also made a documentary about it last year. And here's the film Yeah, I had always read it never had been released, but before now I never was that curious about it, and I happened to find it by chance. I'll give it a go eventually, the trailer interested me far more than any of the new ones.

  10. This article here has a very spoilerific list that talks about ways the new Fantastic Four movie is screwed, after having watched it. If you're on the fence and don't mind being spoiled, I guess you could read it. Now, I wasn't on the fence, as I had absolutely no interest in watching this since every single trailer looked completely awful to me, but wow, I didn't think it would be this bad.
  11. Yeah, that seems to be the general consensus around the internet, most sites I've seen with it, be it from writers or from comments, compare the both of them. It's really that bad, and I don't think the caracter will be post-edited (I do believe there may be a transformation for fight scenes or whatever), because really, what would be the point of starting to send out promotional pictures to magazines with an unfinished character? I really don't see it.
  12. EW has a few X-Men: Apocalypse pictures. Psylocke's costume looks spot-on. In fact, I think it's the most comic accurate costume of the whole X-Men franchise (well, except for Deadpool's, I forgot he was part of the franchise). Apocalypse, though... judging by looks alone, is a big letdown, so far. EDIT: And apparently, all the Horsemen's identities have been revealed.
  13. Apparently Atom Smasher will be a villain, and there is already a picture of Edge in the Atom Smasher costume. EDIT: The news where it mentions the villain bit.
  14. Yeah, apparently Ash has the hand he created in Army of Darkness in some scenes of the trailer, so I think it's safe to assume it still happened.
  15. Read the Joe Kelly run, as well as Cable & Deadpool.
  16. The reboot could just simply be an alternate universe, like Army of Darkness. Jane Levy's character could read the Necronomicon and end up in Ash's world.
  17. Seriously, zero interest whatsoever. Still, I guess it's worth to post it.
  18. The only site I saw regarding this was the one I linked to in my post, and it says it's an ongoing. They could very well be wrong though, I was very surprised when I read it was an ongoing. Even if it's not, I think it'll be great, I pretty much loved every time they interacted in a comic (when it's not a huge event, when it's something in their own books), and I fully trust Joe Kelly to make this work.
  19. The quality could be better, but it's not half bad, I could make out most of what was said.
  20. Ongoing Spider-Man & Deadpool series written by Joe Kelly and drawn by Ed McGuinness announced. I've died and gone to heaven!
  21. Apparently the Green Lantern movie that was planned is now a Green Lantern Corps movie, which is pretty cool, I think. Also, the first Jessica Jones pictures were released, featuring Jessica Jones and Luke Cage. And why not posting this, since I haven't seen it here? Wesley Snipes in conversations with Marvel for another Blade project.
  22. I tried to edit my post again, but it didn't embed just by posting the link :\ EDIT: Still doesn't :\ Maybe the board just doesn't like me?
  23. The first trailer is up, and it looks freakin' amazing! EDIT: And I have absolutely no idea how to embed the video here, so the youtube link will have to do.
  24. Nah, won't be over for a while now, I believe. I think today #4's released, isn't it? I think the series is supposed to be 8 issues, so it's still about halfway.
  25. I don't dislike that idea, actually. It's an evolution for the character, who can only go back to being a loser relying on pics to put food on the table so many times. I do dislike the costume, though. Seems to me like they're paving the way to their movie version of the suit (probably minus the glowing symbol). But I can live with it.
