The winner of this month's PPV Prediction contest will get to submit one feud/storyline idea that will be used. Now let's not be ignorant and say Shark Boy as NWA Champion. Legitimate ideas only please. But that withstanding. If it's not rediculous it'll be used.

Tie-Breaker question is: Whom the new Signing is that is waiting for his 90 day no compete clause to expire.

Clue is: That he was once in a 3 Way Dance that he won in another company against Low-Ki and AJ Styles

  2. TNAWrestling News and Notes

The second Round Matchups are taking shape for the NWA United States Championship Tournament. Lance Hoyt is currently set to take on Konnan. As well as AJ Styles will be facing "The Monster" Abyss!

There are three spots left in the 2nd round. With Lance Hoyt, Konnan, AJ Styles, Abyss & Petey Williams having qualified.

Now it has been announced that TNA has made..not one..and not two but three MAJOR signings! Now while two have not been announced. One has and it's none other than Former WWE Champion, EDGE! His contract ran out after the new year and TNA had been in negotiations with him immediately and got a deal done.

In other news Chris Jericho has actually become a full fledged Free Agent but his contract demands seem to be a bit too high for TNA to meet as obviously WWE was not willing to continue paying him.

Expect TNA's three newest acquisitions to debut on IMPACT this coming week!

TNA has also signed most of it's roster to written contracts to save money as paying per appearance was causing the company to be in the red at the end of each month by a small amount. TNA Management feels that this move will allow them to continue to persue high profile signings as well as end each month in the black.

Also in other news..Apparently to recover from losing a former WWE Champion. WWE has gone out and signed Diamond Dallas Page, New Jack and Steve Corino...We must commend the E on it's very quality signings.

We get our normal intro tonight to IMPACT! Our usual intro video as well as fireworks to kick the show off. Then once all of that is complete. Mike Tenay and Don West welcome us to the show!

Mike Tenay: Hello everyone and welcome to the IMPACT-Zone! It's going to get heated before all is said and done tonight. Sting is in the house and has an open mic to come out and explain why he took the fight to Jeff Jarrett before even debuting! Beyond that the NWA United States Tournament continues tonight with Kip James facing off against 3 Live Kru Member..Konnan.

Don West: There is also X Division Galore as Samoa Joe will face Roderick Strong in non-title action as well as Petey Williams taking on Austin Aries but that match is also a 1st round match in the US Title tournament! Beyond ALL of that. Rumor has it that while we know Monty Brown is here. It's flying around that "The War Machine" and Heavyweight Champion Rhino WILL be here tonight but that's just a rumor!

"The Canadian Destroyer" Petey Williams vs Austin Aries

(X Division Ranked & 1st Round NWA United States Title Tourny Match)

This is a VERY good match between these two. It's back and forth with several near falls between the two men. Aries hits his backflip Samoan Drop and goes for the 450 splash but Williams avoids the contact and hits a HUGE Canadian Destroyer on Aries to gain the pinfall and the victory to Advance in the Tournament as well as on the Ladder!

We cut backstage to watch a door swing open and the NWA HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION IS HERE!!! Rhino with the belt over his shoulder comes stomping in the door and right past the camera man. He's seeming to be looking for Monty Brown...The Alpha Male had better watch out cause the Champ is on the warpath!

The Naturals vs America's Most Wanted vs Team 3D

(3 Way Dance Tag Team Match, Non-Title)

This was a very solid matchup. The crowd was more into this matchup than anything so far on the show. The ringwork was pretty solid. Helped along by the Naturals involvement in this match and they were impressive despite not being involved in the decision. It ends up being Team 3D hitting a 3D on Chris Harris and Bubba getting the cover to win the match over AMW! The Naturals seem to be upset over not getting the win and we go to commercial break after this match!

    Samoa Joe vs Roderick Strong

    (Non-Title Match)

This was actually a very entertaining match which saw a couple very good backbreakers by Strong to gain nearfalls but eventully it comes to an end when Joe turns on that light and begins destroying Strong! He finishes him off with a vicious Joe Kick and then hits the Muscle Buster for a pinfall victory! After the match we see two clips. One of Chris Sabin watching a TV backstage and then a second quick clip of Christopher Daniels doing the same. Seeming to be studying their opponent for Final Resolution!

We go backstage to seemingly the bowels of the IMPACT-Zone where James Mitchell is standing there with Abyss behind him making his intimidating screams.

James Mitchell: It was deemed that "The Monster" Abyss was too good to even have to compete in the 1st round of this so called Tournament going on. It's not really a tournament though. It's getting in line to be destroyed by this Weapon of Mass Destruction! Abyss! He will Black Hole Slam every single man and woman that gets in his path on his way to the NWA United States Title and he will move on past that to take the NWA Heavyweight Title from Rhino. So I hope that every man that is trying so hard to qualify for the second round understands that they will have to face "The Monster" Abyss and when you run into him. It is the end of the line for every single person that does!

We cut to another commercial break after the promo is finished up!

"The Phenominal" AJ Styles vs Ron "The Truth" Killings

(1st Round NWA United States Title Tournament)

This was a very good matchup and the crowd was into both men. Killings got several "Truth" chants and there were a bunch of "Let's Go AJ" chants as well. The match comes to an end when Truth goes for his Axe Kick but Styles avoids the contact and hoists Killings into a STYLES CLASH! and picks up the victory to advance in the tournament!

    Kip James vs Konnan

(1st Round NWA United States Title Tournament)

This was a back and forth hate filled matchup between these two men. For whatever reasons that Kip James and Konnan hate each other. It was shown just how much they wish each other's destruction in this match. Late in the match the referee was knocked down by a rolling clothesline from Konnan that Kip avoided. Kip then hit a low blow on Konnan and went outside to grab a chair. At this point BG James comes running down to the ring and pleads with his brother whom has the chair to not use it. Kip actually does listen and drops the chair on the mat..WHICH KONNAN PICKS UP AND ABSOLUTELY DESTROYS KIP JAMES WITH IT!!!! BG begins screaming at Konnan, demanding to know what the hell he is doing. Konnan shows him by DESTROYING BG JAMES WITH A CHAIR SHOT TO THE HEAD!!!! Both men are busted open and Konnan slaps on the Tequila Sunrise on Kip James and the referee comes to enough to see Kip James is unconcious and calls for the bell! Konnan stands up and grins very devilishly as he leaves the ring, leaving both James Brothers laying in pools of their own blood!

Now is the point after this match where Sting's music hits and he comes out to a huge ovation from the crowd. He has hit signature bat in hand and has a microphone in the other hand. He is here to talk tonight and stands on the stage, walking back and forth as he begins to talk!

Sting: I've had fans coming up to me all week asking me. "Why Stinger? Why did you take out Jeff Jarrett" Well i'm here tonight to answer that question. You see Jeff Jarrett was like a leech. He was sucking the life's blood out of TNA. I came here to stop him from doing to TNA what he did to WCW. His politics and game-playing in WCW is what brought it to it's knees and TNA has too much promise to see it suffer the same fate. So I put a stop to it. Now it wasn't the most honorable way to begin this war that I am sure the "Queen of the Mountain" will wage against me but I didn't feel he deserved that respect. He never earned it in my experience with him. So from now on, this isn't Jeff Jarrett's show. It's each and every one of TNA's fans show!

The crowd erupts as it seems the explanation was more than what they needed to not be mad at him. Though not too many were losing sleep over Jarrett being attacked as it was. Now we go to our final commercial break as Sting's music is playing and he heads to the back!

"The Alpha Male" Monty Brown vs Jeff Hardy

    (Main Event)

This was a pretty good match till about the eight minute mark where it was Monty Brown for the rest of the way and the match finished off with a HUGE POUNNNNNNCCCEEEEE..Period. Monty gained the pinfall and just as soon as he did. Rhino's music hit and the Champ comes running down to the ring and he's there to fight! Both men begin exchanging right hands back and forth with Monty gaining an advantage after a moment and he hits the ropes to go for a Pounce but RHINO GORES HIM THROUGH THE RING ROPES BEFORE HE CAN COME BACK OFF THEM!!!! Rhino grabs a Steel Chair from ringside and begins beating Monty Brown mercilessly with it until security comes sprinting down to seperate them. IMPACT goes off the air tonight with the image of Rhino holding a steel chair high in the air with his arms raised!

The aftermath of what happened last week to end IMPACT will be felt tonight as the Stinger will be in the house and has an open mic invitation from TNA Management to explain why he attacked Jeff Jarrett. It's already been signed for Final Resolution. Sting vs Jeff Jarrett.

Samoa Joe looks to continue his dominance in the X Division. He will face off against Roderick Strong in an X Division Ranking Match. Will the Champion's reign of terror come to an end at the hands of Generation Next?

Petey Williams will take on Austin Aries in a combination match. It will be an X Division Ranking Match but it is also a 1st round match in the NWA United States Title Tournament.

Lance Hoyt, Christian Cage & Abyss are all qualified for the 2nd round. There are five more spots remaining. That match is one spot and another spot will be decided when Konnan will face off against 3 Live Kru's thorn...Kip James!

On top of this. AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Chris Sabin, AMW, Team 3D and more will be in the house on IMPACT!

We found out after IMPACT last week that the man that took Jeff Jarrett out was none other than The man they call Sting! Why did he take out Jeff Jarrett and why has he come to TNA? Hopefully these questions are to be answered this Saturday on the New Years Eve Edition of TNA IMPACT!

It is rumored so far and we have nothing at TNAWrestling.com to say anything either way to say whether the NWA Champion will be at IMPACT on the 31st but Monty Brown will be in the house for sure.

Plus the NWA United States Title Tournament will continue on IMPACT!

  6. IPB Image

Normally we would start impact with the opening video and pyro along with Mike Tenay and Don West introducing the show but instead we get this epic video package running down the acolades and accomplishments of THE MAN THEY CALL STING!!! And apparently he is coming to TNA..not in two weeks or at Final Resolution but..TONIGHT!!! Then we cut to the live arena for the first match of the night with Mike Tenay welcoming us as the match gets set to begin!

America's Most Wanted vs The Naturals

(NWA World Tag Team Championship Match)

This matchup was VERY good in the wrestling aspect but not alot of people were into this matchup. It ended up with several near falls for The Naturals whom almost picked up the straps but in typical fashion as of late. AMW picks up the victory with a beer bottle smash over Andy Douglas's head by Chris Harris. It looks like AMW is going to do a Death Sentence to him until Team 3D come running down to the ring and brawl with AMW, sending them off to the locker room and Bubba gets on the microphone as they leave.

Brother Ray: Harris, Storm. You might think you sons of bitches are sly but not as sly as us. See the Championship Committee doesn't think we've resolved anything yet. So at Final Resolution it's going to be Team 3D's final shot at you boys. Team 3D vs America's Most Wanted. Those NWA Tag Titles are gonna be on the line...SIX SIDES OF STEEL!

When we return we cut to an interview that was taped earlier today from Rhino's home in Detroit! He is sitting on a Leather couch in street clothes as he begins to talk.

Rhino: Monty Brown. You beat me at Turning Point. You didn't get a 1 2 3. Or make me tap out. No you chose to take a cheap shbeep route. You hit your Pounce and knocked me off the stage. It busted me up inside pretty good too. But I will assure you this. At Final Resolution I am going to get another crack at you and it's going to be Anything Goes, Pinfalls Anywhere in the Building. I Can't WAIT. Because I am going to take this fight to you. I AM A WAR MACHINE MONTY! I Can dish it out just as good as I can take it and in three weeks time I am going to beat you within an inch of your life. Once i'm done with you. You'll be crawling out of the Serengetty!

We come back from a final commercial to Jeff Jarrett making his return and coming to the ring with a microphone in hand. He climbs inside the ring and begins to talk to the Impact-Zone faithful!

Jeff Jarrett: A while back I was attacked by some unknown assailant whom TNA Management hasn't been able to track down. I have finally recovered from this cowardly event and I am here tonight to call out the man who took me out. It's that god damn simple. I am ready to fight tonight and i'm gonna take on whoever fesses up to jumping me!

Sting's new theme (Heard at Final Resolution 06) suddenly hits and Scorpion symbols begin to appear on the tron as well as other images and suddenly the crowd ERUPTS as Sting comes out onto the stage and sprints for the ring. He takes on Jarrett and takes the fight to Jarrett. With right hands and clotheslines and eventully locks in the Scorpion Deathlock on Jarrett until AMW comes running out with Gail Kim to help the former NWA Champion. Turning Point fallout will happen on IMPACT this Saturday Night as there was only one new Champion from Turning Point. "The Samoan Submission Machine" Samoa Joe defeated AJ Styles for the X Division Championship. Tonight he will go one on one with Elix Skipper whom apparently is looking to raise his stock in the X Division and is tired of teaming with David Young.

Rhino was injured at Turning Point but how severely is still the major question. We will find out more tonight as well as words from Monty Brown.

Chris Sabin gained a big victory and one step closer to an X Division Title Match when he beat The Fallen Angel at Turning Point. Tonight Sabin will have to fend off Alex Shelley though.

Abyss destroyed Ron "The Truth" Killings at Turning Point and apparently Larry Zbysko has taken notice and has entered Abyss into a Tournament for the newly created NWA United States Championship! Abyss is in this tournament along with fourteen other men. Why Fourteen? Because Abyss has a bye!

Is everything alright in 3 Live Kru Land? There seems to be issues brewing because of Kip James. We may find out more tonight! Plus...HE IS COMING...

A Legend in Professional Wrestling is coming to TNA. Tune in tonight to find out who it is!

After his loss to Samoa Joe at Turning Point. He has fallen to Fourth in the Division due to losing his Title Match (Loss in Title Match knocks you down three spots)

Samoa Joe has now climbed to the #1 spot and virtue of his victory over Christopher Daniels at Turning Point. Chris Sabin is now ranked #2 on the X Division Ladder and is in line for the next shot at Samoa Joe. Though I am sure Christopher Daniels at #3 would like to say something about that. Watch in the coming weeks as X Division Wrestlers rise and fall.

Rhino's injuries are not said to be anything serious but it did cause him to lose his match to Monty Brown. But this will assure a return bout between the two as Monty Brown gained a victory but not the Title from Rhino. Why would Brown knock Rhino off the stage like that knowing that Rhino probably wouldn't be able to answer a 10 count? We'll need to find this out and much more coming up on IMPACT this Saturday Night!

  10. NWA-TNA Turning Point

The promo video scene is the one that TNA used for Turning Point this year. It flashes through all the clips and the video until finally it comes live into the TNA IMPACT-ZONE. With pyro beginning to go off to get the crowd going. It is a pretty good pyro display and then we have Mike Tenay and Don West to welcome us to TNA Turning Point!

Mike Tenay: And welcome to Turning Point everyone! I am Mike Tenay with Don West and we have a big show planned for you tonight. NWA Tag Team Titles on the line when AMW Defends against Team 3D in a Tables Match!

Don West: That's only the start though Tenay. There is a X Elimination Match. You get pinned or submit, your out. Generation Next and Petey Williams vs Matt Bentley, James Gibson, Shocker and Sonjay Dutt!

Don West: As well as AJ Styles defending his X Division Championship against the Undefeated Samoan Submission Machine, SAMOA JOE!

Mike Tenay: That's all a pre-cursor for the main event. "The War Machine" Rhino facing and defending his NWA Heavyweight Title against "The Alpha Male" Monty Brown!

The announcers cut out now for the entrances to our first match!

Team Canada vs 3 Live Kru (BG/Konnan) vs The Naturals

Team Canada is the first team to the ring. They come out onto the stage and their pyro goes off as Roode and D'Amore raise their arms and taunt the crowd while Eric Young just seemed startled by the pyro. They get down to the ring and climb into it. Then they await their opponents. The first team is The Naturals! Douglas and Stevens get a good ovation from the crowd. They get down to the ring after slapping some hands and then it's the Kru's Turn! Their music hits and BG James as well as Konnan make their way out onto the stage. Apparently things have smoothed over between the two.

Roode and Douglas started it off and for the first few moments of the match it was reversals back and forth between the two. Finally Roode got frustrated with this and aggressively tagged BG James in. He wound up facing off against Stevens whom was tagged in. BG gets the upper hand fairly quickly and begins taking it to Stevens with his juking and jiving right hands. BG then whips him into the corner and goes for a splash clothesline but Stevens moves out of the way just slightly and then grabs BG in a neckbreaker out of the corner and hits it. Stevens has control now and drags BG over to his team's corner and tags Douglas in. They hit a double team facebuster to knee on BG and Douglas covers him..1...2....kickout by BG. Douglas whips BG to the ropes and ducks the head for a back body drop but BG kicks him hard in the chest which knocks him to a standing base and then clotheslines the hell out of him.

BG crawls over to the Team Canada corner and tags in Eric Young whom wasn't paying attention. Young gets in the ring and begins stomping Douglas. He pounds on him for a moment and then drags him over to his team's corner and tags in Bobby Roode. Roode and Young begin pounding the hell out of Douglas in their corner till Young has to go back to the apron. Roode then whips Douglas to the ropes and goes for a huge lariat but Douglas ducks that as well as a back elbow and connects with a big cross body that gets a two count. Both men get up and Roode goes for another clothesline but Douglas ducks it and hooks the arms into a backslide...1...2...kickout. Douglas gets up before Roode and hooks him into a small package as he gets up..1...2...kickout. At this point both men get up and before Douglas can try another pin. Roode nails him in the gut with a Kitchen Sink knee that flips him over his knee and to the mat. At this point with Roode in control. Kip James comes out onto the stage and Konnan notices and seems to get pissed off. BG tries to calm him down and they begin arguing on the apron of the ring. At this point Booby Roode takes advantage as he waits for Douglas to get up. Eric Young runs into the ring and knocks Chase Stevens off the ring apron. Konnan jumps off the ring apron and begins walking up the ramp towards Kip James with BG James trying to stop him. Roode hits a NASTY Northern Lariat to the back of Douglas's head and neck to put him down. He then rolls him over and covers him..1....2....3! Team Canada has picked up a huge win and they celebrate in the ring as Kip James walks away before Konnan gets to him and Team Canada celebrates in the ring as we go to Tenay and Don West!

Mike Tenay: What does Kip James want out of BG James and the 3 Live Kru!? He cost them another match tonight and keeps showing up and then leaving before doing a thing! Despite this, Team Canada picks up a big victory over The Naturals and the 3 Live Kru tonight but now we move on to our next match.

Don West: It's Generation Next & Petey Williams vs Matt Bentley, Sonjay Dutt, James Gibson and Shocker in Elimination X!

Generation Next & Petey Williams vs Matt Bentley, Sonjay Dutt, James Gibson & Shocker

    (Elimination X Match)

The first team out to the ring is Petey Williams to the Team Canada theme. Nobody is accompanying him tonight to the ring. Once he's out to the ring, Generation Next comes out to Alex Shelley's music. They make their way down to the ring and once in the ring, Shocker's music hits and he gets a decent ovation from the crowd as he makes his way down to the ring and climbs up into the ring. Then James Gibson's music hits and he comes down to the ring to a bigger ovation but not as huge as he would like i'm sure. He climbs up into the ring and then we get a big ovation for the Playa from the Himalaya...Sonjay Dutt! Then once Sonjay is in the ring we get Matt Bentley's music hitting and everyone in the IMPACT-Zone starts doing the Bentley Bounce. He comes down to the ring and climbs inside with his team. The bell sounds and Sonjay Dutt will start off with Alex Shelley tonight! They lock up and Sonjay takes Shelley into an armbar which Shelley rolls to the mat and back up to his feet and reverses it. Sonjay runs to the ropes and flips up so his legs bounce off the top rope and he comes back and catches Shelley in a reverse DDT to the mat quickly and goes for the quick cover..1....kickout just before two!

Shelley gets annoyed and runs at Dutt but Dutt hits a drop toe hold on him and swivels over him into a headlock. Mike Tenay: That was a rediculous beating and where was TNA Security to stop it!

Don West: I don't think any of them were willing to get in the ring to stop Abyss, Tenay!

Mike Tenay: Well while that was horrible we need to move on and get ready for our next match. It's between two men whom have had some real big issues with each other as of late and now that there is a Ladder Ranking system in TNA. We begin to see a video package that doesn't have really any interviews cut between the two men but does have Mike Tenay do an over voice on it. Explaining how passionate Chris Sabin is about respect, honor and the code of the X Division and how Christopher Daniels violated that and him at Genesis and has continued to over the last few weeks. The video shows alot of their big moves and the beatdowns by Daniels in the last few weeks from IMPACT and Genesis. 11. 5Wrestling.com

Rumors are flying around about a huge amount of new signings by TNA due to their very good performances on IMPACT for Spike. They have signed Low-Ki whom is apparently going to fill their #6 spot on the X Division Ladder as well as signing Jay Lethal, Brian Danielson, Kevin Steen, El Generico, Trent Acid and a huge spoiler for us at 5Wrestling.com that the big rumor going about will be that Sting has signed a contract with TNA for one year!

Right now the main event scene for the heavyweights and the Tag Team Division are not set to go to ladder format like the X Division has but it remains to be seen whether this plan for the X Division will work out or if it will wind up becoming a big cluster of wrestlers and no consistency.

Right now the rumored plans for Sting flying around is that he will be the one feuding with the returning Jeff Jarrett after he comes back from his time off. These are all rumors but we have heard it from several sources.

Also the big news comes with TNA having scooped up several WWE stars apparently. One was released at his request and is in the process of completing his 90 day no compete clause. The other three. Three being the number we've heard. Overall being 2 X Division style wrestlers and 2 Heavyweight competitors. They had their contracts expire and decided they would rather go to TNA.

Those two X Division style wrestlers will be thrown into the Top 10 of the Ladder more than likely as TNA will want to push their new signings. The other two Heavyweight Wrestlers are actually rumored to possibly do a program against one another.

Rhino/Monty Brown is likely to continue through Turning Point as TNA will want to give Monty the opportunity for a real Heavyweight Title feud and see if he has developed to a point that he can run with the ball so to speak.

  12. TNAWrestling.com Report

TNA has instituted a new system for determining their contenders in the X Division. TNA Officials feel that not everyone has had a fair opportunity with the domination at the top from AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels in the last year. So TNA has come up with a new Ladder Ranking System. First come the first official rankings.

#1: AJ Styles (X Division Champion)

    #2: Samoa Joe (#1 Contender)

#3: "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels

    #4: Chris Sabin

#5: "The Canadian Destroyer" Petey Williams

    #6: To Be Named

#7: Elix Skipper (If he Decides to Wrestle in the X Division)

    #8: Alex Shelley

    #9: Austin Aries

    #10: Roderick Strong

    #11: James Gibson

    #12: Matt Bentley

    #13: Brian Danielson

    #14: CM Punk

    #15: Shocker

    #16: Trent Acid

    #17: Super Dragon

    #18: Kevin Steen

    #19: El Generico

    #20: Shark Boy

If you are not on this list you have to beat #20 to claim his spot.

The Rules now for advancing in the ladder follows as such.

A Singles Victory will advance you one position if it's an X Division Ranking Match, You will lose one position if you take a loss obviously. Wins and Losses can occur in any way, shape or form.

In a 3 Way Dance. The winner advances two spots. The loser drops two and the third man gains nothing and loses nothing.

In a Fatal Fourway Match. The Winner advances three spots and the Loser drops three spots. No change for the other two.

In a Triangle Match. The Winner advances two spots. The first eliminated drops two spots, the second eliminated drops one spot.

In a Fatal Fourway Elimination Match. The Winner advances three spots, the first eliminated drops three, the second eliminated drops two and the last eliminated drops one spot.

Special Stipulation Matches such as rank vs rank matches as well as Ultimate X, Ladder, Table, Six Sides of Steel, No DQ and Pinfalls Count Anywhere among others will count for 2 Spots unless specified otherwise.

The #1 spot is always held by the Champion where as the #2 and #3 spots are eligible to challenge for the X Division Title. This will eliminate the top guys in the X Division from holding their spots without being contested and create a competitive way to gain Title shots. Which is the essence of the X Division!

It's looking like two of the rumors swirling around are true. It appears that Shelton Benjamin and Paul London's contracts are running out and they do not wish to re-sign with the WWE due to their lack of push. Benjamin's supposedly ends this month and Paul London's is rumored to be up after January. It is VERY likely that both will be signed by TNA very quickly upon their arrival but TNA has also hinted at more surprises than just that coming.

The rumor mill has been running in high gear as TNA gears up for their Turning Point PPV. Apparently TNA officials are very high on Chris Sabin right now and that's why he's in this program with Christopher Daniels. They feel that Sabin is one of their top 5 X Division guys and that they should be pushing him as such. Sabin seems to be flourishing in crowd response as well as in ring performance. Look for him and Daniels to tear the place down on Sunday

Rumors are also running rampent on new signings from the Indy scene as TNA is apparently interested in signing several high profile men on the indy scene. Rumors flying around are of Low-Ki, Sting and several other big names. No current contracts are in place but if they come in place we will be the first to bring it to you.

Samoa Joe vs AJ Styles is locked in to be the Sub Main Event and it's flying around this Sunday that most if not all of TNA's Titles will change hands at Turning Point. The only belt that many sources feel has the most chance of staying where it is. Is the NWA Heavyweight Title. Rhino needs to gain more credibility as Champion is the common feeling.

Right now TNA is at a loss as to what to do with Abyss since losing Sabu to Drug Rehab. They don't know where to go with him as they had plans to push that feud another two months and now are at a loss as to where to go with Abyss. One thing is for sure, TNA has plans for Abyss to be a future Champion. When is the real question.

Matt Bentley/Sonjay Dutt/Shocker/Ron "The Truth" Killings vs Alex Shelley/Roderick Strong/Abyss/Petey Williams

    (Eight Man Tag Team Match)

This was a very solid way to lead off IMPACT. With three members from each team that will be in Elimination X on Sunday as well as Ron Killings added to one team and Abyss to the other. This matchup is back and forth and at one point in the match there is a Four Man Palancha spot. Bentley off the top rope while Killings flies over the top rope and over him. Shocker and Sonjay through the middle ropes and taking out all four members of the other team. The crowd is chanting TNA over and over through most of this match. The match comes to an end when Sonjay is left in the ring with Petey Williams. The other three men on each team, fighting with rivals on the outside. Sonjay goes for the Sprinkler after stunning Petey. Sonjay goes to leap off the top rope after doing it but Petey kicks Sonjay's legs out from under him. Sonjay's back bounces off the top rope and into Petey's clutches. Petey backs up a couple steps and CANADIAN DESTROYERS HIM!!! Petey then gets the cover..1...2....3! Petey Williams wins it for his team and we go to commercial break after that action packed start to IMPACT!

    Christian Cage vs Jeff Hardy

    (10 Minute Time Limit Match)

This matchup has alot of heat on it from the crowd. Hardy getting some big cheers and Cage getting alot of the boo's but as always the fans have their favorites and Cage gets some cheers as well as Hardy being boo'ed a small bit. Christian takes it to Hardy for much of the match but late in the match Hardy hits a Jawbreaker followed by his Neckbreaker version of the Twist of Fate and he goes to the top rope when the bell sounds and apparently the time limit had passed. Christian takes advantage of the distraction and crotches Hardy on the top rope and then picks him up into a Powerbomb position from the top rope and DRIVES HIM DOWN TO THE MAT! Hardy lays there folded up on the mat as we take another commercial break!

Mike Tenay: Last week you saw Jeff Jarrett unconcious backstage and we have an update now. Apparently he suffered a herniated disc and a concussion from some sort of attack. We do not know whom attacked Jeff but we wish him a speedy recovery and I am sure TNA Management is on the case about this!

Don West: Seems like someone wanted the "King of the Mountain" Out of the way. Perhaps to open up a spot for this person. It really could be anyone on the roster!

We get the normal IMPACT video but with some new highlights added including Christian Cage posing in the ring after his attack on Hardy. Then we finish up and get some pyro in the ImpactZone and we go straight to the ring as Christian Cage's music. He comes out onto the stage to a chorus of boo's from the crowd and he struts down to the ring with a TNA T-Shirt on and he climbs into the ring and grabs a microphone.

Christian Cage: I bet everyone of my peeps out there are wondering how I got here. Why i'm here and why did I beat the hell out of Jeff Hardy last week. Well have no fear. Captain Charisma is here and he's going to answer those questions. I am here because TNA is the future of professional wrestling and I was wasting away until I got here. Why am I here? I'm here to take TNA to the top, how only Captain Charisma can. I am going to walk through everyone who stands in my way and become the next NWA Heavyweight Champion...BECAUSE THAT'S HOW I ROLL!

Christian Cage: Now why did I attack Jeff Hardy? Well it's simple, He was an example. Hardy is just another example of some flashy moves and little skill equaling out to being pushed to the top. He's had NWA Heavyweight Title Matches yet I can wrestle circles around the guy. I can talk circles around him. Bottom line I am just better than him. So if he wants to get some after last week. That's fine but I will put him down just like anyone else in my way to the NWA Heavyweight Title!

    TNA News and Notes!

With IMPACT pulling huge numbers as of late in their Late Night slot. Spike TV Decided to move the successful show to an 8 pm time slot on Saturday Nights and give it two hours instead of one hour!

This is definately a step in the right direction for NWA-TNA. Especially with the jump of Christian Cage to TNA! TNA management has also been grinning from ear to ear recently and informed us here at TNAWrestling.com that several more...Major Signings have occured and that the E doesn't have their eye on the ball. There apparently are several contracts running out for stars in the WWE and TNA Management has acted quickly and has signed those men to come to TNA and help them become the #1 force in wrestling!

TNA is very high on the AJ Styles/Samoa Joe feud and now with a two hour timeslot. TNA is confident they can fit more of their storylines into the show as opposed to doing only so many per week.

TNA has also signed a couple Independent stars that should be making their debut shortly. James Gibson whom the WWE thought of hiring back a couple months ago but passed on. Has been signed to a contract by TNA. As well as Ken Kennedy and Bobby Lashley whom were released by WWE a couple months ago sighting that the writing team didn't have anything for them (don't look at me. WWE is the one that released them!)

Mike Tenay: Welcome everyone to IMPACT! Tonight we have a packed show for everyone watching at home as well as all the fans that have crammed into the ImpactZone! Tonight we have a huge main event with Ron "The Truth" Killings taking on a returning Jeff Hardy!

Don West: True Mike but we also will have Brother Ray taking on Chris Harris whom along with James Storm, snuck away with their Tag Team Titles last Sunday at Genesis and Team 3D is sure to be looking for revenge!

"Hail Sabin!, Hail Sabin!" That lets us know that Chris Sabin with a big bandage on his head, is making his way to the ring. He comes straight to the ring and grabs a microphone and it definately looks like Daniels is on his mind tonight!

Chris Sabin: At Genesis I was beaten by Christopher Daniels and I can accept that. What I can't accept is the vile attack with a steel chair after the match was over. Well I still want a huge piece of Daniels after Genesis and unless you've got a huge yellow streak down your back Daniels. I want you to come out here and fight me right now!

At this point Daniels music hits and he comes running down to the ring in one of his always trendy shirts and pants. He slides under the bottom rope and begins slugging it out with Sabin in the middle of the ring. They fall to the mat and then to the outside punching at each other till security pulls them apart and finally they are seperated and this fight is ended with both men struggling after each other as we take a very quick commercial break!

After this match Rhino makes his way to the ring. His music hits and the crowd explodes with cheers for the reigning NWA Heavyweight Champion. Rhino with the belt around his waist makes his way out to the ring and climbs a couple of the turnbuckles playing to the crowd. He then takes a microphone and is set to speak.

Rhino: Genesis was where I had to end it. To end Jeff Jarrett's Championship Dreams and end his reign of Tyrany in TNA. He brought every trick in the book to try and win this Title from me. But in the end. Brute Force and THE GORE kept this belt around my waist. So now I have a new challenger. "The Alpha Male" Well just like everyone else that has faced me before. Abyss, Jeff Hardy, Sabu, Jeff Jarrett and anyone else will know. I will take everything you have to give me and I will come back grinning and begging you for more and when you have nothing left. You will FEEL THE GORE!

"The Alpha Male" Monty Brown's music hits and he makes his way out from the back and down to the ring. He comes walking down the aisle and climbs into the ring. Monty then walks straight up to Rhino and gets right in his face. Rhino doesn't take this and immediately begins taking the fight to the #1 contender with right hands. He whips Brown into the ropes and goes for a Gore but Brown dodges it and hits the ropes on the other side of the ring and BROWN NAILS THE POUUUUUNCCCCEEEE! Period. Brown then picks up the NWA Heavyweight Title that had come off Rhino in the fight and grins, holding it in front of his face and rubs his nose against it. He was pretty crisp with his moves as well as the very good Killings. It looked like Killings was going for the Axe Kick but Hardy ducked away from it and hit a jawbreaker. Hardy went to the top rope as the referee was checking on Killings a second...CHRISTIAN! "Christian Cage" more formally comes running through the crowd and pushes Hardy off the top rope! He crashes and burns which allows Killings the chance to get up and he hits an Axe Kick on a staggered Hardy and gets the win! Christian then throws Killings out of the ring and proceeds to beat the hell out of Jeff Hardy and finishes him off with the "Unprettier" (New Name Pending). Christian then slaps his chest with a huge grin and he's wearing a TNA Shirt which shows that he's the man that has defected from WWE! This is HUGE!!! This isn't crippling to TNA but it certainly hurts as Raven was one of their best draws. Now TNA will have to be careful with their top stars and get them signed to written contracts!

Rumor has it that Christian will be debuting for TNA very soon and that TNA is scowering about for big names to gain a better day and timeslot on Spike TV!

  24. NWA-TNA Genesis

(Disclaimer: Normally I would do a full write-up for a PPV but i've had some real problems with people on this end deleting my work accidentally while I step out for a bit. So I need to just post the results otherwise i'm never going to move forward. So without further ado. TNA Genesis!)

The night started on the Pre-Show where Lance Hoyt & The Naturals defeated the Diamonds in the Rough when Hoyt gave Diamond the Boot from hell and then finished him with his insane moonsault for the three count to give them the win on the Pre-Show!

The first match of the night on Genesis was Christopher Daniels taking on Chris Sabin. After a back and forth match for ten minutes. Sabin went for the Cradle Shock but Daniels delivered several knees to Sabin's head and broke out of it and grabbed a staggered Sabin into the Angel's Wings. Gaining the victory via pinfall. After the match though Daniels grabbed a chair from ringside and destroyed it over the head of Sabin to leave him laying and bloodied after the match!

It ended up being that Abyss did not have an opponent for his No Disqualification bout tonight and Larry Zbysko came out after Abyss came to the ring and told Abyss he had an opponent for him and since he opened up tonight. He would be facing off one on one with Raven. Abyss was now Zbysko's mystery wrestler! Raven came out and these two men went to war on each other's bodies with Chairs, Trash Cans, Kendo Sticks and everything inbetween. In the end it came down to an Evenflow DDT to a chair by Raven at about the twelve minute mark to get the victory and get his Access back to the ImpactZone!

Then we had our X Division Tag Match where Samoa Joe dominated much of the action and wound up carrying his team to victory. Alex Shelley wasn't tagged in much as Joe dominated Aries and Dutt. The match ended when Joe hit a huge Muscle Buster on Aries and then locked in the Kokina Clutch while Shelley took Dutt out of the equation so Joe could get the submission victory. Samoa Joe then got up and hit a HUGE JOE KICK ON SHELLEY!!! He then Muscle Bustered him to hell too and left all three men laying in the ring! Joe is apparently trying to send a message tonight.

Monty Brown faced off against Ron Killings for #1 Contendership to the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. This match went about fifteen minutes with Brown dominating about ten minutes of it and in the end it came down to a Pounce and a cover to give Brown contendership. He outmatched Killings in this match in most ways and looked VERY impressive!

Team 3D vs AMW was a long match that went the full twenty minutes. The reason it went a full 20 minutes is because at that point it went to a Time Limit Draw out of nowhere! Apparently AMW pulled a few strings pre-match and it was set for a twenty minute Time Limit and Team 3D had just hit the 3D on James Storm when the bell rang and the match was announced as a draw. The Dudleys (so sue me WWE) were furious and went on a rampage hitting 3D's on both men and then pulling out the tables and they proceeded to put Storm on the table while hitting Harris with a 3D to drive him into his partner and both men through the table! This obviously isn't over!

AJ Styles retained his X Division Championship against the "Canadian Destroyer" Petey Williams in an epic 18 minute match. It was back and forth all the way and at one point it looked like Petey had it won with the Canadian Destroyer but AJ got his foot on the ropes. He couldn't kick out but he managed to do that and he ended up gaining the victory with a Spiral Tap for the pinfall! But after the match Samoa Joe showed what he was trying to show the other three men in his tag match earlier as he charges the ring and takes out both Petey Williams and AJ Styles! Petey with a Face Wash while Styles was knocked down from a vicious clothesline and then grabs AJ and OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX TO THE OUTSIDE!!! AJ lands on the matting on the outside and rolls to the base of the entryway and apparently Joe has made it apparent what he has his eyes on! The X Division Title.

Now came time for the main event and Jeff Jarrett tried everything to get the NWA Title back. He had Team Canada interfere as well as AMW but in the end. Jarrett went for a Guitar shot to get the job done himself but Rhino instead hit an Epic Gore on Jarrett that looked like it sawed Jarrett in half! Rhino then got the pinfall on Jarrett and has ended his Championship hopes! Rhino reigns supreme as NWA Heavyweight Champion as NWA-TNA Genesis goes off the air!

"The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels vs Chris Sabin

Austin Aries/Sonjay Dutt vs Samoa Joe/Alex Shelley

    Abyss vs ????

    No DQ Match

    Raven vs ???

If Raven wins Larry Zybsko must allow Raven back into the Impact-Zone and cannot bar him from the building anymore. If Raven loses, He is gone from TNA

The Abyss vs Sabu No DQ Match has been changed because Sabu was checked into Rehab as of last night and he will not be at Genesis nor will he be in TNA for the forseeable future so the matchup was changed. There will be a No Disqualification match but who Abyss's opponent will be is not known
