You know ... since I tried the 1.2e download to see if it was working, I've been playing. I miss how simple this game was. And I loved turning pushes off and just letting the AI do what it wishes. Chris Jericho just won the Undisputed Title back from Shawn Michaels and injured him on top of it just 5 days after Michaels won the belt.

Hmm ... Not sure, but 1.2e is working, which was the final update before 1.3.

Really the best thing that helps, as silly as it sounds is practice. I played online when I first got the game and hadn't even completed a whole campaign yet. I got mauled. But the more you play, you get used to the controls, you come up with techniques to take out Special Infected, you run away from the Tank, etc..

I'm one to assume since there are no complaints, my voice comes across fine. Which is great considering my headset broke in half so I had to rig it back together till payday when I can buy a new one.

I may be here once I decide whether to go out and get drunk or stay home and get drunk. If I stay home it will be an interesting game. EDIT: Fuck spending an hour on Blood Harvest and quitting because I'm fucking lost.

I will officially be able to join the cool people tomorrow. Okay, maybe not, but at least I'll have L4D and will be able to get my ass kicked till I figure everything out. I could have had it today, but I was too lazy to bring money to work.

I have a dilemma folks. I have a gift card to EB and I can't decide whether to get Gears of War or Left 4 Dead. Help me out EWB. (And "both" is not an option as I have rent due this week and can't spend much more than the price of one.)
