Christian Vazquez was traded to Houston
With the Sox in Houston, he just walks to the other clubhouse. He was actually taking BP in a Boston uniform when told.

Went to the Hartford game last night, where they hosted Birmingham.
I've been to four Hartford games this year so far. (ATL2, DET, at CHS, BHM) They're 0-4. Two of the losses, they gave up the winner in stoppage time.
Last night was also the third game *this month* they gave up a winner in stoppage time. The same thing happened against Pittsburgh last week. Three weeks ago, they lost in stoppage time despite Tampa Bay being down a man.
It's incredibly frustrating to watch. -

My initial reaction is that I hate it.
I get why they did it, they obviously need a bat as the Dom Smith/JD Davis DH platoon has been the worst in the majors. Vogelbach seems to crush RHP. But his basic stat line is as bad as he is because he’s completely unplayable against LHP.
I've also seen rumors about Dom Smith going to Boston, because the combo of Bobby Dalbec and Franchy Cordero at 1B is pretty bad. But apparently the FO is using this as a bridge to Tristan Casas.
The Sox should sell some pieces, but letting Bogaerts and/or Devers go trying to be cheap is unforgivable.

Was hoping Toronto would put up 30. Ended up being 28, which is still a Boston franchise record for most runs given up I'm a game.

The Royals will have 10 players on the restricted list, unable to play in Toronto. Including Benintendi. Four of their five best hitters, their top two SP's, and both catchers on the active roster.
I'm rooting for all the AA and AAA kids

2043 season: I finished tied for 2nd in the NL West, 82-80. Missed the wild card by a couple games. My starting LF, Jose Garcia, won his second MVP.
I just traded my starting RF, 2B, SP2, and my top setup guy (plus my 4th best pitching prospect) for the reigning AL MVP slash Cy Young winner. So now I have both reigning MVP's, and two Cy Young candidates. -
I'd say Villa need more stoppage time, but they would also need to get it out of their own end
