The year is 2006 and the WWE has initiated a 3 way brand split between RAW, Smackdown! & ECW. RAW is controlled by Eric Bischoff, Smackdown! is run by Shane McMahon & ECW is booked by Paul Heyman. Following Wrestlemania the brands have put on one show each; RAW with Backlash, Smackdown! with Judgement Day and ECW with Barely Legal. RAW has just come off its second Single brand PPV Vengeance. Their first combined PPV Summerslam is on the horizon and all the superstars, divas, wrestlers and extremists are jockeying for position before the big event. Joint PPV's January- Royal Rumble March- Wrestemania August- Summerslam November- Survivor Series Before each of these events there will also be joint-hosted 'Saturday Night's Main Event' specials.
