I was going to start a new game with the beta version of this mod, and I was wondering if you could point me to the direction of the picture pack you're using? Thanks and hopefully you get to finish this.

They do, but it basically stands in name only. There are still RAW-branded workers and SmackDown-branded workers, but everyone can appear on any show anyway so it's not a big deal. I'd keep the split in anyway, mainly because of the focuses; RAW is very much more mainstream-focused than SmackDown is. I agree with this. I think it's better to keep the split but then not restrict the shows (both RAW and SD!) to specific brands. Anyway, just wanted to chime in and say you're doing great work (although I don't have TEW 2013), I know a lot of people tend to go for real world mods (myself included) so it's awesome that you do this every month, while also taking in (constructive) criticism, as well.

I still play TEW10 Granted it's a long-term game but I started it 2 years ago so I could use a good RW mod to import some workers (and locations?) in. (Y)

The problem with that is the Wolves already have Derrick Williams, who can jump to the moon and back... and has a semi-decent 3pt shot, I think? Eh. I'm under the impression that Batum's way better and way more consistent, though, but yeah. Apparently he's worth that much to the Wolves

Is Batum below average? Isn't he one of the better young players with a ton of potential or something? I mean, I agree that the contract's too big for Batum, but I think the Wolves are willing to take the risk for an ultra-athletic, still-developing guy who can oop Ricky Rubio's alleys, right? (Also, the big contract's probably so the Blazers don't match )
