She was the youngest child on Family Matters, then when the show was cancelled she had a hard time finding work and (apparently, according to her) her parents handled her money terribly as a child so she didn't have anything to fall back on.

Most definitely. IMO those are the best two expansions. The weather element I think is a nice touch and when your Sims go to college it adds a bit or realism if you will.
