I dont think you get the Raindance at first i think after a mission or something. Theres always one at the San Fierro Airport or the Santa Maria Beach in Los Santos. The Kart and the Sparrow are also in Los Santos you just have to complete missions to unlock them i think.

You have to do Flying School to get your flying skill up so you can then access the airport then eventually you do missions for him.

I tryed the eye-gauging with the knife but did not work. The combo thing did not work either he just slices him across the face with it and blood comes from his face and then stab's him twice in the gut and that was it.
