Something similiar (although not nearly as ridiculously dramatic) happened to me last night. Certainly made me feel as though there is a very definite bias towards whoever is attacking in the game.

Not liking this years game at all.
Headers seem far too accurate and go in, a lot. Players are easily shoved off the ball as well. Anyone else having these problems?
They are patching the headers and finesse shots to be less effective on release of the retail version.

What kind of matchmaking system do EA use for Ultimate Team Seasons mode online? I just came across a full gold side playing as a full bronze side. :/
Divisions, so basically, you'll face a mixture at the start. Gold sides are still beatable with Bronze teams, defend deep to counter their higher pace and realise 95% of players still don't know how to tackle.
I figured as much. Still seems a poor way of doing it as you're at an immediate disadvantage. Of course, just because someone has a gold team doesn't mean they'll win. Why only yesterday someone I played against had a gold team and their left-back was in goal!

I beat Spee 2-1 with Benfica.
Indeed he did and he deserved the win, even if it was a bit painful to concede so late on.
The only good moment for me was managing to score a header with Izmailov, probably the smallest player on the pitch!

Spee's Real Betis 3-3 Ryan's Osasuna
Nice little game. Thought I had it easy at 2-0, then the wheels fell off!
I blame the rain for being 2-0 down after about 15 minutes...
It was indeed a good game though, especially when I brought it back to 2-2 and had lots of decent chances and then Ryan went up the other end and scored what I first thought was a massively offside goal but was actually very well timed. I then managed to equalise deep into five minutes of injury time from a training ground routine free kick.

The hexagonal maps and lack of stacking are definitely improvements, but almost everything else in it feels like a step back.
