  1. Hi, could someone do me a huge favour and take these TNA and Impact logos and recolour to Purple Text with Yellow outline. Basically along the lines of the old WCW purple logo, also below for reference. (Just to confirm, not a change of font etc. just the same logos but instead of red/white and red/black it be purple/yellow - hope that makes sense!)

I'm also looking for a suitable banner for this aswell if anyone is willing but I understand I'm already asking for two graphics so don't worry if not, I think even my mediocre graphics skills can stretch to a cut and paste of the two recoloured logos above into a makeshift banner in paint :)

    Many Thanks.

  2. Hi guys, need a company logo and banner for a fictional promotion diary I'm starting using TEW 2013. Hoping someone can help me out.

I have no pre-requisites regarding style or design other than the "brand" colour is going to be purple (i.e. how Raw is Red, Smackdown Blue, Impact Blue, GFW Green) obviously that doesn't mean no other colours can't be used just that purple be featured prominently as I believe it would help differentiate from other promotions/shows.

    Promotion Name: Championship Challenge Wrestling

    Initials: CCW

    Status: National

    Thanks in advance! :)

Thanks iDOL, they were showing when i first posted, i guess the host dosent allow direct linkage - i've edited the post so that it has links now straight to the jpg for each.

  4. Remove Awesome Kong from TNA, she has been released following an incident with Reby Sky on the UK tour.

Also worth adding a Hatred Worker relationship between Amazing Kong and Reby Sky.

Also update James Storm, the Wolves and Jeff Hardy's TNA contracts to Written deals with "Expires In" set to 2 years. Some sources below, all were 2 year guaranteed deals with TNA retaining the rights to farm out talent for per appearances at their discretion only.

    http://www.wrestling-online.com/tna/jeff-hardy-and-the-wolves-sign-new-tna-deals/

Kurt Angle has finished up with TNA following the UK tour so might be best removing him from the TNA roster and setting to On Hiatus or alternatively having his TNA contract set to expire in one months time.

Change Matt Hardy to a Heel in TNA.

Change Ethan Carter III to a Babyface in TNA

Add Reby Sky to the TNA Roster as an old school heel with a manager push.

Add reby sky as Matt Hardys Manager. Remove Tyrus/George Murdoch as EC3's manager.

Add Trevor Lee to the TNA roster on a Per-Appearance Deal.

  5. Can someone confirm what Times each timeslot corresponds to - my understanding was this -

    Afternoon: 11AM to 2PM,
    Early Evening: 2PM to 5PM,
    Evening 5PM to 7PM,
    Primetime: 7PM to 10PM,
    Late Evening: 10PM to 12AM,
    Late Night: 12AM to 2AM,
    Graveyard: 2AM to 5AM

If this is the case then some of the tv show slots need editing. WWE NXT and Superstars both air at 8pm on the Network yet their online stream listings have timeslots of Early Evening - should they not be Prime Time? Similarly WWE Main Event airs at 3.25pm on FOX8 but is listed as Afternoon timeslot as opposed to Early Evening.

If i'm mistaken regarding the times that correspond to each timeslot then would appreciate someone confirming what they are. Thanks.

  6. Sorry Who keep forgetting GFW is in as inactive, I always have them activated on my saves and have to then go setup the WAGs etc.

RE: Hall of Immortals - Roddy Piper, Andre The Giant, RoadWarriors, Sting, The Rock are notable enough to warrant addition imo. Could maybe argue for Shawn and Bret also.

Has anyone got any stats for the new GFW announcers as i notice they arent in the current database but only a matter of time before they need to be so might be worth a shout -

TV & MMA Presenter Cyrus Fees is the Play By Play Announcer - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyrus_Fees

Outspoken Former UFC fighter Chael Sonnen is doing the colour - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chael_Sonnen

I dont watch MMA so haven't seen either so no idea what their stats would be. Would appreciate it if someone could suggest stats or post stats from another database so they can be added, even if their just rough stats to begin and i'm sure WHO can make final tweaks when it comes time to add them into the DB formally.

  7. TNA have partnered with Ron and Don Harris' production company to produce Impact - http://www.impactwrestling.com/news/item/6497-TNA-Partners-With-Industry-Leader-To-Enhance-Broadcast-And-Live-Event-Production

    • Add Ron and Don Harris to TNA under PPA deals. Gimmick: Staff Member, Roster Usage: Out-of-Ring

Gregory/Shane Helms has been working as a road agent for TNA since April - http://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2015/0418/592558/details-on-shane-helms-working-with-tna/ - he was recently visible on the apron during Bully Ray's return speech.

    • Add Gregory Helms to TNA under a PPA deal. Gimmick: Staff Member, Roster Usage: Road Agent

House of Hardcore has landed a TV deal with the Fight Network in Canada - http://fightnetwork.com/news/55362:tommy-dreamers-house-of-hardcore-premieres-tonight/

    • Add "House of Hardcore" show, 1 Hour, Taped on Saturdays
    • TV Show Slot with the Fight Network airing Prime Time each Tuesday.

As i am sure everyone is aware, Hulk Hogan has been released by WWE. Remove his existing contract with WWE.

Given the GFW TV Tapings and the roster pretty much being set are there plans to add the promotion into the next update?

  8. Hi guys,

Currently doing an XWF save and need some Pay-Per View/Event Logos. In real life they taped a few hours of TV but ultimately lost alot of their top tier talent and never landed a tv deal. They did however later repackage the footage in the form of the "Lost Episodes of the XWF" DVD and also briefly as five pay-per view installments on the Dish Network, each of which had (admittedly not so great) names. So i've decided to go with those but need event logos:

    XWF: In Your Face

    XWF: No More Prima Donnas

XWF: Leave it in the Ring

    XWF: We've Drawn the Line

    XWF: 110% Heart

  9. Chris Melendez is missing from the database. Needs to be added with an open contract with TNA. Anyone have any stats for him?

Also I think Matt Hardy quietly departed ROH. I don't recall him being a part of the promotion since the Best in the World show. Remove him from the Kingdom as well.

Also add Matt Hardy to an Open contract with TNA. His current run with TNA is the primary reason for his quiet departure from ROH. He stated on the Jericho podcast he would be working alot more now for TNA rather than ROH.

Jessicka Havok, Low Ki, Homicide, Shark Boy, Tajiri, and "a former wwe star who shall remain nameless to avoid spoilers" (renamed Tyrus) all needed added to the TNA roster on open contracts. They have all worked the last few tapings and some even holding titles.

Bully Ray, Devon and Kurt Angle should be set to Open contracts rather than written. All of their deals have now expired but remains to be seen whether they will renew or not.

Mahabli Shera (Mahabli Veera in current database, need amended and alter egos updated) needs to be added to TNA on a Written contract as a lower midcarder with "foreign star" gimmick - http://www.impactwrestling.com/news/item/6084-TNA-and-SONY-SIX-Announces-the-Signing-of-their-first-Indian-Wrestler-Mahabali-Shera

Referee Jamie Tucker should be removed from TNA, he no longer works there but remains active on the indy scene.

Recommend replacing him with long time ref Brian Stiffler (https://twitter.com/BrianStiffler) - with the following stats:

    Name: Brian Stiffler

    Birth Month: Unknown

    Age: 26

    Employer: TNA

    Contract: None

    Position: Referee

    Wage: 16000

    Talent: 70

    Backstage: 87

James Storm's "Revolution" stable needs added also with James Storm as leader with Manik and The Great Sanada the other members.

  10. Add Arda Ocal to WWE under a written contract as an announcer. He signed recently and presents WWE Experience and other B/Magazine shows for the company. His new ring name is Kyle Edwards, so add this also as an alter ego.

Add Josh Mathews to TNA as an Announcer. Although he hasnt made his on screen debut yet he has signed with the company and has already recorded a video for TNAs youtube with Rockstar Spud and started tweeting about TNA related matters.

Also add Velocity as a TV network. If the dirt-sheets are to be believed this is one of the networks TNA are talking to as a possible destination once the deal with Spike finishes.

I've checked the nielsen ratings and their highest rated programming at the moment tends to be around 0.5's and 0.6's. According to Wikipedia the channel is

    Quote

As of August 2013, approximately 52,271,000 American households (45.77% of households with television) receive Velocity

I would put it in a similar bracket to CMT, but with slightly better production (its produced by Discovery) and greater risk (channel is geared towards men and shows a wide range of fast car/extreme sport type programming). CMT is available in around 79.9% of households with television so a drop in potential audience in comparison to them would be necessary. Here's what i'm suggesting, but some of you guys in the states might be more familiar with the channel so feel free to tweak it or suggest otherwise:

    Quote

    Velocity

    Production Values: 55%

    Early Evening Slot:

    Potential Audience - 0.6

    Max. Risk - 55%

    Prime Time Slot:

    Potential Audience - 1.0

    Max. Risk - 65%

    Late Night Slot:

    Potential Audience - 0.55

    Max. Risk - 70%

    Graveyard Slot:

    Potential Audience - 0.35

    Max. Risk - 72%

  11. Sorry for the double post but got a couple of updates for October -

  12. Good stuff Bill. When you say "October "Beginners" update," will that include the Worker pics etc? Just getting back into EWR but yet to find a comprehensive worker pic pack and these updates seem to only include the data and worker pic updates. The stuff on EWWarehouse is from March of 2013. Anyone got a link to an up to date worker pic pack and logos? Would be greatly appreciated.

  13. C-MIL! That is awesome :w00t: , can't thank you enough man!

If its not too much to ask is there any chance I can get the CCW logo on its own as a standard TEW logo with the usual grey background so i can load into the game as my promotions logo? Also if you can provide a link to the CCW logo on its own without any background - means I can have a go at future banners myself if I get a new show etc. Very much appreciated. Thanks for this!

  14. No takers? I'm useless when it comes to photoshop but really keen on this diary. As i've said i'm open to anything when it comes to the logo, just stated the above to give any prospective designers a guideline in case that helped, if its CCW and somewhat bright and colourful i'll be happy :) . If anyone is able to knock something together for me in their spare time it would be greatly appreciated.

  15. Hey guys,

Planning on doing a modern day data diary in TEW 05 with my own custom promotion. Promotion name will be Championship Challenge Wrestling. Initials CCW. Was hoping someone could come up with a cool logo for the promotion and also a TV show logo/banner for my signature and the diary to go alongside this, their show will air on WGN America and will be called CCW Pro Wrestling (CCW Pro in short). Given the promotion and tv show name I had a colourful old school theme in mind - ala WWF Wrestling Challenge or the old 90's WCW weekend show styles - I always dug the WCW Pro set and logos (shown below) if anyone can remember that show?

    wcw_sets_pro_wrestling_by_takerfan2013-d

In case you can/want to include any wrestler(s) in the logo, the main stars I have in mind initially will be Rey Mysterio and John Morrison.

    In summary -

    Promotion Name: Championship Challenge Wrestling

    Initials: CCW

    TV Show Name: CCW Pro

Included Text: Thursdays 8pm East / 5pm West

    Include WGN America Logo

    Many thanks in advance.
