I say play Reimer on Friday...we need to give him games, he is our starting goalie. And, if he loses the next game or two, then we put Gus back in.

True, and when I said Gus had a good game against the Rangers, I didn't mean Reims didn't play good against NJ as well. After the first two goals, he shut the game down for the next two periods and helped them get atleast one of the two points. Tough call, as they're both playing decent but nothing outstanding so far.

Here's a question though. Who do you think starts in net vs The Caps? Reimer's lost 2 straight since his return, and Gusty put up a pretty good showing against the Rangers.

Not like that. I'm used to seeing Reimer on his knees ready for the puck going side to side on those plays, not sprawling out to try and grab it and being walked and sticked around for a goal.

First goal wasn't his bad, a Kovalchuk point shot is something that beats a lot of goalies. On the 2nd goal though, the sprawling reaction he did just didn't seem like how he usually plays. Hopefully he gets back in the groove and shuts the rest of the game down.

Also, this new guy on Hockey Central (Marty McSorely I think I just heard?) is funny. He just told Doug Maclean he was soft for saying not to run the goalies while discussing the Tootoo/Miller hit, causing an argument between the two.

Kessel would be one option, except he's probably one of the most commonly bought ones so that make's me want to go for someone else. Reimer would be nice, but as I said, I wouldn't want him to end up completely sucking and being a new Pogge and I don't even want to wear it
