I've already seen an article saying that was a #1 contenders match. Winner gets the winner of BJ/Joe Stevenson...Either way Huerta gets smashed.

I searched for a while, but couldn't really find an American Football Simulator.

This game is crazy! The demand has exceeded the supply and hopefully this leads to another updated US release of Fire Pro. I actually originally ordered from Buy.com didn't like the answer I got when I ordered overnight so I went through Amazon. Got Amazon's on Monday and tried to cancel Buy.com's right after I ordered it but it ended up coming on Tuesday so I sold it for retail to a friend on a forum I goto even though they're selling for upwards of $40 on Ebay. I also hit my first critical last night landing a Tombstone with the Undertaker on Booker T. NOW CAN YOU DIG THAT....Well you fill in the rest...

Do anyone know a good CAW site? Since I will be playing this on a PS3 I dont think there is a way for me to get the real life updates, unless someone uploads a copy of their emulated PS2 memory card with the save file in it or something.

They've figured out that the Japanese Edit Pack saves will work on the US version so there are tons of saves with roster updates just waiting for everyone once they get the game. This includes accurate ring logos and such. This is great news.

Where does one find these and how do you get them to work?

Ordered it from Amazon yesterday. It was my first purchase from the site. So....do they send a separate email to you when they ship it?

I can't find this game anywhere around Oregon. Gamestop says 11/23/07 but most of the stores around here haven't even heard of it. Best Buy isn't carrying it either.

I thought the stoppage on the Noons/Diaz fight might have been a tad too early. I thought his corner cleaned up the cuts well and I thought they should've at least started the next round. If he's taking shots and not defending himself well then fine. That Kimbo fight was weird because it didn't look like that uppercut even hit him in the face and then he threw the elbow that knocked him to the ground but Cantrell was tapping before Kimbo even got on top of him. It just looked odd if you ask me. As for Shields lets take a look at the MMAPG 170 rankings.

So let's see fighters 1-8 are in the UFC. #10 is in the same camp and won't fight him. Condit is in the Zuffa owned WEC so that leaves Aoki who isn't known over here and Sakurai who also isn't really known over here. So for him to say he wants to fight the best in the world well he's not going to fight it in EliteXC.

Can't wait for the return of Evan Tanner. He also posted on his myspace today that his Land Cruiser was broken into yesterday and a brand new UFC gym bag he was given full of UFC beanies and shirts was taken along with trading cards he signs for fans. Hard luck for Evan all around.

I agree; these last couple of episodes have really recharged the batteries and the life into this season in my opinion. Sucre is a crazy bastard; I had a weird feeling that he might have died there but thankfully he didn't. Mahone's paranoid character just keeps getting better and better and like B-Rad said I find myself being paranoid with him as well. Bellick almost sounded human after all the stuff he's done the past two season when he was talking about Sarah. I still don't think T-Bag has had enough time but I've got a feeling with all the Lechero stuff going down this week that T-Bag's business is fixing to pick up.

I've been listening to Venus Doom for well about a month now and it's pretty solid. I enjoy it especially the first 4-5 on the CD. It reminds me to pull out my Viva La Bands Vol 1 CD out and play that as well.

Chris Webber has put out a few albums. He usually gets a lot of other people on the records to make them sound somewhat decent. Gangsta Gangsta is the one song name I remember the most but he's put out 2 or 3 full albums if I recall.

Mahone has been almost the only thing worth watching this season; the excellence that is the character of T-Bag is being wasted in my opinion. I've got a feeling he's going to show up sooner then later though.

For some good news; Tommy Dreamer's profile was put on IGN today and hot damn the Spicolli Driver (It's called the Dreamer Driver) is in the game. If I remember the last couple of versions of the game the only Death Valley Driver you could have was John Cena's FU.

But bet on this: Couture will be in a suit in a court room before he's wearing board shorts preparing to fight Fedor Emelianenko any time soon.

Couture's resignation as UFC heavyweight champion and subsequent decision to sever all ties with the company dominated the reader response this week.

But before we get a sampling of what you had to say, here's a quick take on some of the key points in the case:

# Have no doubt that Mark Cuban, the Dallas Mavericks' owner, would-be Chicago Cubs owner and the fledgling MMA promoter, is somehow involved in the M-1 Mix Fight promotion that allegedly signed Emelianenko to a multi-million dollar contract last week. Cuban declined comment via e-mail when asked whether he is part of M-1.

# Non-UFC sources say that the contract Couture negotiated and signed before his comeback fight against Tim Sylvia in March is for four fights and between $13 million and $15 million, which puts him behind only Chuck Liddell, at four fights and $17 million, in the UFC salary pecking order. Those numbers are believed to include percentages of pay-per-view money.

# Couture believes he can be a free agent after sitting out nine months, which would mean he figures he can fight Emelianenko sometime in late spring or early summer of 2008.

# UFC president Dana White insists Couture must fight twice for the UFC to fulfill his contract and become a free agent

# Those differences of opinion are going to land the parties in court. After nine months, expect Couture to try to fight and the UFC to go to court to stop him. Couture will argue that time is of the essence, because he'll be nearly 45, and that if he isn't granted a court order and allowed to fight, he'll be irreparably harmed. The UFC will argue that its entire business will be undermined if Couture is allowed to break his contract.

# Couture handled the situation as poorly as he could have. He was in South Africa filming a movie when he made the announcement. He would have come off a lot classier had he been in the U.S. and faced the media to answer the tough questions.

# The winner of the Brandon Vera-Tim Sylvia fight on Saturday at UFC 77 in Cincinnati will meet Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira for the vacant heavyweight title sometime early next year.

I'm sure it's been posted on here but is it just me or does the six sided ring look HUGE compared to what we see on tv and the spacing between the outside of the ring and the crowd is expanded majorly as well. WOW @ Sting doing the moonsault DDT and leaping up onto the top rope ala RVD and landing a missile dropkick. It'll be interesting to see when they get guys having their actual move sets. I'm also waiting to see if they'll have it so you can do criss cross moves ala The Pounce.

The RKO animation looks new to me. It seems like the wrestlers aren't as light as they were in previous games; things don't seem to get out of control because people are all running around the ring. It seems they've also changed the ring in and ring out buttons. If you're outside now you can just get up on the apron instead of always sliding in to the ring every single time but then you have to hit another button to actually get into the ring. Also if you hit the old run button at least on 360 when you're next to the rope the guy will kind of lean against the ropes like he's setting up to charge at his opponent which is something I hadn't seen. I'm not liking the fact that if you use your Fighting Style special with a powerhouse you get unblockable strikes for a certain amount of time. That's going to be exploited so hard online it's not even funny.
