  1. That fan who attacked Fred Jones just watched Steven Jackson go into the stands and assault a random person, perhaps he was looking out for the well being of other fans

Great point. I say once 3 or 4 pro athletes enter the stands and start beating ass, all bets are off and the fans have a right to defend themselves

  2. Steven Jackson should be banned from the NBA, he entered the stands without provocation and attacked a fan.

Watch the replay of the O'Neal hit, he punched a different fan than the one that went after Artest.

All three of them will be lucky if they don't see jail time

  3. As a Piston fan, Im embarassed.  Its a disgrace.  But, this is not how we act.  A couple of idiots have given the Palace crowd a bad name. But this is not all on our hands.  That nut Ron Artest started everything.  Cheap shot on Ben Wallace then he went into the stands.  I dont care if he got beer thrown at him.  You do not go into the stands. Then Stephen Jackson and Jermaine O'Neal sucker punching people left and right.  The Piston fans are at fault here but its not like the Pacers are innocent either.  One idiot ruins the best fans in the NBA's repuation.  This is just shameful and Im embarassed

  4. Mccardell was traded to the Chargers for 3rd round and 6th round draft picks, Which im perfectly fine with. I think the Bucs now have 10 or 11 pics in next years draft.

Anyways, Jurevicious comes back this week against the Bears. Which will no doubtedly help the Bucs. Galloway comes back after the Bye.

Clayton, like I predicted, is coming to be one hell of a football player. And if it wasnt for Big Ben, might have taken the ROY. Hes making a huge impact on this Bucs offense, in which he is one of the only, if not the only, "Explosive Player".

Brown should not be playing on the field. Besides his 1 catch per game, he should be in a mentor only position. His punt returning is horrendous, and is often causing the Bucs horrible Field Position due to his fear of the hit.

    Griese has been impressive.

Torrie Cox will take 1 or 2 back to the endzone this year, hell be the first in Bucs history.

Not trying to be Optimistic, but with thier injured players returning, and thier remaining schedule. The Bucs could still turn this season around.

  5. In what should have been a win for the Seahawks today, the Rams proved that you should never count them out.  I mean 14 points allowed in 5 minutes?  I was royally pissed at the Seahawks because this is one of the "easy" games that they have: next week they go up against the 19-0 Patriots(which I'm sure the Seahawks will lose).  They had the chance, they had the game, but in the end they lost their focus and that's all the Rams needed to come up with the comeback.  I really do hope the Hawks can rally next week to pull an upset win against the Patriots, but I believe that in the end the Pats will make their consecutive game record go up to 20-0.

  6. The Yucks are starting Chris Simms on Sunday

Whoever they are playing on Sunday should just wear Boomer Sooner Red and Simms will have a coronary

I was surprised to hear that they knocked Brad Johnson all the way to the 3rd string quarterback, and went ahead with Brian Griese when Simms got hurt.

The Bucs got lucky, but I feel that perhaps Johnson's lost a couple steps, and the team needs a younger quarterback.

They face the Rams on Monday Night Football this week. Should be either a good game, or an asskicking.

    Me...I'm hoping for the former.

  7. Lui Kang is in Edenia. G-8 behind a tent. You can only get him on Thursday/Friday[forgot which] between 12 and 1. Hes in a chest. And Hes pretty fuckin badass too. But Doc is right. You have to beat Konquest first to get either him or Raiden.

Great Game though. I wish i had online. The stories have greatly improved. I like the new badass Raiden

  8. The big mistake, was letting McKay leave for Atlanta.

The team's been a mess ever since.

    Warren Sapp: GONE

    John Lynch: CUT

    Keenan McCardel: MIA

On top of that, the offensive line is just that, offensive. They do jack crap.

Gramatica is a joke of a kicker.

There are NO running backs. Michael Pittman is not the superb player the (local) media makes him out to be.

They've lost Joe Jurevicius to injury, who, in my opinion, was the secret weapon that led to the sucsess of the Bucs in '02/'03.

Keyshawn needed to go, good riddence.

Now, what has Bruce Allen done for the Bucs? NOTHING.

They still got their asses kicked with Joey Galloway and Charlie Garner.

I love my Bucs a lot....

But then again, I've been through the dark days of Ray Perkins.

It's not the Coach, it's the GM.

Look at Sam Wyche. He takes the Bengals to the Super Bowl in the 80s twice, and nearly beats Montana and the '49ers both times. He comes to Tampa Bay, and gets no help, until his last year with McKay. Even then, it was evident he was out the door.

Who do they lose to next week?

  9. Meh, We really should have won that game. Defense choked at the end, we alone kept thier drives alive with penalties. That one Pass Interferense call really shifted the momentum of the game, such a shame that a really close call like that could affect a team so much.

Although, Michael Clayton is really proving his worth on this team. He's really coming to be the reciever I predicted him to be while at LSU. Why they suddenly decided to contiously throwing to him, or even putting him in the game, is beyond my understading. Gruden really needs to realize that Tim Brown isn't the reciever he used to be. Sure hes great for mentoring Clayton and Lee, but thats the only thing he should be doing right now. Its not like we payed a shit load for him. Hell, we got him for the cheapest amount possible.

Great showing by Pittman though, really great showing. That goes the same for the Offensive line. They really did suprise the hell out of me with their performance.

And finally, The Bucs of today are WAY better then the Bucs of the 80's. As of right now, we just cant seem to win the close ones. But if Gruden and his Mini-Me dont straighten their act up, we might be comparable to them very soon.

  10. I need a Hug.. :crying:

For the Love of God.. Bench Johnson.

But atleast Brown got his 100th. Only damned good coming out of this game.

EDIT: Ending Score 30-20 Oakland.. I think those last 2 TDs did a little more bad then good.. They made Brad look good. And for the Bucs to win, Brads ass needs to be sitting the bench right now.

  11. Bucs lose again today.. But unlike last week I saw a few positives in the game.

The defense played like the old Tampa Bay D I know and love. Which I felt proved that they're just as good, if not better, without Sapp and Lynch.

Simms played awfully well for this first snaps in an NFL game. Besides a few little mistakes you could expect from a Quaterback playing in his first NFL game. His ability to scramble will make up a bit for the Poor O line. Since Johnson is as mobile as a Tank. Another positive thing I noticed was the connection between him and Clayton.. They do damned well together. Those two will play a big part of Tampas Future.

I predict a win over the Raiders next week.. And I think theyll the little rivalry they have with the Raiders will bring out the best of them..
