I thought it was alright.

Personally I felt Sabretooth was the best one out of the villains pack, and I had no issue at all with any of the heroes.
-
I tried that one, it wasn't. Thanks for trying though.

I seem to remember a few years ago, like ten of them, there was a video that mocked Game of Death, with the singer playing the role of Bruce Lee in the fight with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. I'm thinking it was a Foo Fighters song, but I can't find any of those, and I really don't remember anything except that part of the video. Anybody remember that? I'd like to see it again and know what it was and all.

Did anybody preorder Disturbed's new album to see how to get the two songs off of it? There's no mention of it on Best Buy at all, so I wasn't sure when they give you the code.
-
I found that the adapter with the headset, didn't work at all. I just plugged directly into the guitar, and then it worked perfectly.
-
Thanks for answering guys.
I've spent a little while playing as mostly Spider-Man. Now I'm only on easy, but thus far I've done pretty well for myself.
-
Yes, I saw that. What I'm asking is if I download the heros/villains pack from live, do I get the extra achievements and costumes and stuff, or would I have to buy one of those versions to get them?
-
I just finally got my hands on the 360 copy last night. I'm going to buy it, just have the question of whether it would be better off to get the Gold edition, or to get the regular and buy the extra characters off live. Does Gold give you anything other than just what you get from the download?

When you're playing local Quickplay and rank the songs by difficulty, is it an aggregate difficulty for all the instruments you're using or only for the leader's instrument? Got humped yesterday by trying Go With the Flow on Hard drums, thinking the song itself wasn't too difficult.
Band difficulty is a rating all to itself.
-
Myself, I never play with the pedal under the drums. I found a place that's comfortable for me, and I place it there. I use it off to the right of the entire set. Realistic? Doubtful, but it lets me play more comfortably, and that's the important part.
What I did to get decent on drums, was to just pick out one or two songs from each set and keep playing them until I had a score that I felt was good enough. That's how I've gotten myself onto hard... now I just need to take the time to do it on hard so that I can get better at that, too.

I've been wanting some more Pumpkins songs for awhile now. If they release Disarm I'd be in heaven. Sure, it may not be the most fun song they could put out for it. But it'd make me happy.
-
Alright. Thus far I'm one note away from getting 100% on it on guitar. That enough appreciation for you?
I'm seriously more excited for The Cars than I was for Judas Priest. I might get three songs off of that, and two of them are only for drums and singing because I already have them on GH1 and 80s. But The Cars? I'll be grabbing six or seven tracks from that, if not going ahead and just getting the whole thing.

Fucking sweet! About damn time they start releasing some albums.
-
WrestleFest would be pretty f'n awesome.
-
It took quite some time, but finally Lou became my bitch on hard. FINALLY. And then (on hard) so did Dragonforce.
I was so pleased that I haven't really played much since then.

You're missing "Green Grass and High Tides". That song will be Godly on there.
-
Ran through the pc and found a couple for you to take a listen into.
Black Label Society - "Counterfeit God" (Can it get much more arrogant than a song that says "On your knees, worship me!"?)
Breaking Benjamin - "Blow Me Away"
Butthole Surfers - "The Shame of Life" (Might just be me, but it screams cocky, with "I love the girls and the money and the shame of life.")
Guns 'n Roses - "Ain't it Fun" or "Don't Damn Me"
Local H - "High Fiving Motherfucker"
Marilyn Manson - "Better of Two Evils"
Metallica - "Better than You" (Really isn't any other Metallica song I could think of for this.)
Monster Magnet - "Power Trip" or "Space Lord"
Motorhead - "Orgasmatron" (This one is pretty much my biggest recommendation. If you prefer, Sepultura have a cover of it, but the Motorhead one is better I think.)
Puddle of Mudd - "Famous"
Rob Zombie - "Iron Head" or "Superbeast"
Saliva - "King of the Stereo"
Skid Row - "Slave to the Grind"
Soil - "Pride"

Halfway through watching that, I realized that my mouth was hanging open.
-
My random comment on the GnR song pick, I would of liked Coma or Estranged(never going to happen though).
-
Kind of meh on WTTJ since their are far better songs by GnR that could be use for Guitar Hero, but it's arguibly their most popular song.
-
If not on anything new, I'm generally listening to 80s or 90s metal. I love 70s rock too, of course - Zeppelin will always be the best band ever to me, with Ozzy Sabbath right up there as well - but stuff like GNR (Slash edition, of course, and more Illusion than Appetite), Alice in Chains, Metallica, and anything involving Chris Cornell are always my favorites to pop in.
-
One thing can really be said about that last bit of news: EVENFLOW! FUCK YEAH!!
-
Really the only song confirmed for 3 that I'm irritated over is Cult of Personality. I hate that song. But it has Barracuda, so I'll be loving it anyways. And hopefully the rumored Velvet Revolver song will be something like Slither or Come On Come In. Though on the other hand, Libertad will be out by then, so it could be something off there. I just like that we're getting more Slash! RT80s should get a GNR song on it yet or I'm gonna be a bit pissed at it.
Y'know, as if it'll matter, because I'll still get it anyways...

I've heard of some of those bands, but the only song that I recognize the name of is "I Wanna Be Your Man", because I thought it sucked.
