What happened with Keith Olbermann and Mo Rocca?

To kill two birds with one stone, why did Olbermann leave ESPN, and why did Rocca leave the Daily Show? Neither seem to be doing particularly well, as Olbermann is stuck on MSNBC, and Rocca is doing some shitty dating show on Bravo.

They got Kellerman as well. Taking the concept of Around the Horn and replaced it with I, Max. For Fox Sports vs. ESPN, but thats another discussion in itself.

As for Olberman moving to MSNBC, I can only guess he wanted to do something other than sports and got the money for leaving ESPN.

Rocco works for CNN. He did coverage at the DNC. He... ugh. They didn't bring him back for the RNC. And thank fuck for that.

If I remember right, ESPN and Olbermann (Kilborn too) got up shit's creek with each other and started bad mouthing the other party. I'm guessing over contracts and money.
