WWE Monday Night RAW

April 12, 2004

RAW starts like it normally does with the Union Underground in the background playing as the RAW Video is playing. Then once it's finished the RAW Pyro begins going off and once it finishes J.R and The King welcome us to RAW but we do not get much in the way of introductions

Rey Mysterio/Paul London vs Batista/Low-Ki

Undisputed Tag Team Championship Match

Rey Mysterio's music hits and he is catapaulted out of the stage and he lands on the stage and plays to the crowd. Paul London comes out from the back and down to the ring as Mysterio plays to the crowd. Then Mysterio comes to the ring and the two new members of the RAW Roster will get a huge opportunity tonight. Then Batista's music hits and he comes stancing out from the back and onto the stage with his Undisputed Tag Team Title around his waist. Behind him is Low-Ki with his Title around his waist. Both men walk to the ring and this match is going to be a clash of styles. Low-Ki and Batista got to the ring and climbed inside. London and Low-Ki started it out in the ring and London had control early on using his high flying offense to get several close two counts on Low-Ki. Including a beautiful standing Tornado DDT to get a long two count on Low-Ki.

Low-Ki managed to put a thumb to the eye on London and drug him over to Batista where the monster began to maul London over and over. Hitting a hard Spinebuster after some punches and stomps for a long two count. Batista tried to pick London up for his Sit-Out Powerbomb but London turned it into a sitout facebuster to Batista! London then got the hot tag to Mysterio as Batista tagged Low-Ki in. Mysterio manages to take Low-Ki down with a couple clotheslines and then takes him over with a Leg Scissors. Then Batista tries to clothesline Mysterio but he ducks it and London hits the "London's Calling" (Shooting Star Press) Into a running Batista to take him and Batista out! Low-Ki then takes a drop toe hold to the ropes..."619"!!! Mysterio then hits the West Coast Hop on Low-Ki and the crowd got into it as the referee counted..1...2.....3!!! NEW TAG CHAMPIONS!! Mysterio is esctatic in the ring as London slides back into the ring with the Undisputed Tag Titles in hand. Both men embrace and they are the new Undisputed Tag Team Champions as we go to commercial break!

We're backstage after the break with Mysterio and London still celebrating when Low-Ki and Batista come running up from behind and attack them. Low-Ki takes London and they go off and fight. Batista though batters Mysterio throughout the building and brings him out to the parking lot. Then he slammed Mysterio's head into a white Camri that was in the parking lot and then pulled Mysterio onto it and ...SIT-OUT POWERBOMB ON THE HOOD/ROOF OF THE CAR!!! Batista rolls off as some broken glass rolls down the hood..Mysterio slides off the hood in pain, holding his back as Batista has apparently flipped out and officials come running out to assist Mysterio and keep Batista from doing more damage as we head back into the arena for the next segment/match

Kurt Angle is backstage and while The Coach is doing the interview he's basically there to hold the Microphone for Kurt Angle!

Angle: Now last week people were wondering why did I attack "Stone Cold" Steve Austin? Wasn't I sent to the ring to get the Smackdown trash of Randy Orton out of the ring? Well here's what it is. I was sent down to the ring last week by our Great General Manager Eric Bischoff, to Remove the trash in the ring and there is no bigger piece of Un-American Trailer Park Trash than "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and it was my pleasure to do what Mr. Bischoff asked me to last week. If Stone Cold doesn't like it..well he knows where I will be tonight!

Kurt grinned and walked off as we head to the ring for the next match

Tommy Dreamer vs Shark Boy

WWE Hardcore Championship Match

Shark Boy was the first out for this match and he carried a pizza pan with him. Then Tommy Dreamer came out onto the stage with the WWE Intercontinental Title around his waist and the Hardcore Title in his left hand where in his right hand is his Singapore Cane. Dreamer came down to the ring and tried to use his Singapore Cane immediately on Sharky but Sharky blocked with the Pizza Pan and clocked Dreamer with it in the head to take him down for a quick two count. The match went on for a few minutes until Dreamer finally got his hands back onto his Singapore Cane and walloped Sharky over the head. Dreamer got a long two count but Sharky kicked out so he picked Sharky up and went for the Dreamer Driver but Sharky rolled out into a sunset flip for a two count. Then both men got up and Dreamer clotheslined Sharky with the Singapore Cane! At this point Booker T came out onto the stage and Dreamer immediately turned around as he heard Booker's music and he left the ring and began walking up the aisle and to the ramp but then Booker pointed behind Dreamer. Dreamer then turned and Sharky delivered a nasty sit out Reverse DDT on Dreamer (Basically clotheslined him to the ground) and covered Dreamer on the outside!..1...2.....3! Shark Boy wins the Hardcore Championship and celebrates the huge victory! Booker T then came down to where Dreamer was getting up and stanced waiting. BOOK END TO DREAMER ON THE OUTSIDE!!! Booker T gets one up on Dreamer tonight as we head to commercial break

Eddie Guerrero vs Test

Test was already coming out to the ring when we came down to the ring and then once Test is in the ring..Eddie Guerrero's music hits and he comes down to the ring. These men have a pretty solid match until Test tries to nail a big boot to the jaw of Eddie Guerrero but Eddie ducks it and Nick Patrick takes it in the mouth. Chavo Guerrero came out shortly after this with a chair in hand. Test set Eddie up for a Full Nelson Slam but seeing Chavo. He simply held Eddie as Chavo got into the ring, reared back and blasted Test straight in the forehead with the chair because Eddie bent over as hard as he could pulling Test into the line of fire. Test goes down and Eddie dropkicks the chair back into the face of Chavo, knocking him from the ring. Eddie then goes to the top rope and hits the Frog Splash to Test and shakes the referee whom counts Test down..1...2....3! Chris Jericho/"Stone Cold" Steve Austin/??? vs John Cena/Raven/Kurt Angle

Main Event

The first man out was Raven as we came back to the arena. His music hit and he came posing down to the ring. Once Raven was in the ring we heard "Thuganomics 101" hit and John Cena with all his "Bling" and the World Heavyweight Championship around his waist. Cena made his way down to the ring and slid inside..he eyed up Raven and didn't trust him at all but again he had to team with him..Raven was surely sore after taking an F-U last week...All the tension ended though as "Medal" Hit and Kurt Angle came out onto the stage and walked half way down the ramp. His pyro going off as he pointed to the sky and the entire crowd told him "You Suck" Angle gets to the ring and runs up the ring steps and climbs through the ring ropes and into the ring. Then once Angle is in the ring..THE GLASS SHATTERS!!! Austin comes out from the back and stomps his way to the ring and climbs up the ring steps and into the ring..he has no fear of the three men in the ring and none attack him...yet.

Then once Austin finishes his four corners salute. "King of My World" Hits and Chris Jericho comes onto the stage and does his pose..then his pyro explodes and he turns around, doing his usual thing to the ring. Jericho posed at the ring and climbed inside and then just the music from the old X-Factor theme hits. The fans wonder whom is their tag team partner and aren't left in suspense long as Jay Lethal comes out onto the stage and makes his return to the ring! He comes running down to the ring and the Faces immediately begin brawling with the Heels and knock them from the ring. Jericho clotheslined Cena to the outside. Austin knocked Angle to the outside with a hard right hand and Lethal dropkicked Raven through the ropes!

Finally the actual Tag Match began as Angle, Raven and Cena got up to their corner and Angle would start this match off as would Austin! Both men lock up and Angle takes control with a waist lock and Austin tries to elbow out of it but Angle ducks it and takes Austin over in a Belly to Belly suplex, overhead style. Austin gets pissed off at this and charges Angle..Angle uses this and throws Austin over with an arm drag and then another. Then he grabs Austin and whips him to the ropes and telegraphs the back body drop but Austin stops short, gives Angle the double bird and WHAM with a right hand that floors Angle. Austin then begins giving Angle a beating till he trips Austin so he falls to the mat and tags John Cena in. Cena goes after Austin but Austin tags Lethal in! Lethal locks up with Cena and takes control quickly. Lethal manages to get Cena in a headlock but Cena pushes him off to the ropes. Cena hits the mat as Lethal runs over him and when Lethal comes back at Cena. Cena tries to catch him into a powerslam but Lethal somehow lands onto his feet out of it as Cena apparently lost his grip. Lethal ran to the ropes again and hit a high Leg Lariat to Cena to take him down.

Lethal got up first but Cena did soon after. Lethal kicked Cena in the gut and dropped him with a DDT to the mat for a long two count. He then brought Cena into his team's corner and tagged Jericho in. Jericho got into the ring and began laying hard knifedge chops to Cena. Jericho backs Cena to the ropes and whips him across the ring. Jericho gets some up's and nails a high dropkick to the jaw of Cena to put him down for a long two count! Jericho then picks Cena up and delivers a nasty Double Underhook Backbreaker. Jericho got another two count out of that. Jericho picked Cena up and hit a vertical Suplex and then went to the top rope where Angle tried to knock Jericho off but Jericho kicked him off the apron as he came at him.

But this gave Cena enough time to turn around so when Jericho went for the Flying Back Elbow off the top rope. Cena simply stepped to the side and hit a nasty Lariat to the back of Jericho's head and neck instead! Cena got a long two count out of this and tagged Raven in. Raven began pounding the hell out of Jericho and got a long two count out of a T-Bone suplex he gave Jericho. Raven beats on Jericho for another couple minutes till he attempts to go for an Evenflow DDT but Jericho reverses it into a Northern Lights Suplex and he bridges it..1...2...kickout by Raven narrowly. Raven gets up and tries to clothesline Jericho but Jericho ducks it and nails Raven in the back of the head with an Enziguri. Raven though is near his team's corner and tags Kurt Angle in! Angle gets into the ring and locks an Ankle lock on Jericho so he can't get to his team's corner for a tag. Jericho tries desperately to crawl his way to his team's corner but Angle pulls him back to the middle of the ring.

Austin and Lethal climb into the ring to try and stop Angle from making Jericho tap but Cena takes both Austin and Lethal down with a clothesline. Cena then clotheslines Austin to the outside while Raven comes back in and kicks Lethal in the gut and nails an Evenflow DDT on him while finally after almost two minutes in it Jericho finally taps out to the Anklelock of Kurt Angle! "Medal" hits while Angle celebrates in the ring. Tonight Cena, Raven and Kurt Angle are victorious and we leave with the scene of Kurt Angle standing over all in the ring victorious tonight!

We see scenes from last week's Smackdown which is what has led to tonight's action filled Smackdown..we have a huge amount of matches tonight and we cut after about a minute of the scenes to the Smackdown intro video. Then once it's finished and we cut to the arena...the pyro goes off and then we start getting the roaming camera angles until Michael Cole and Paul Heyman welcome us to Smackdown! Then we get right into the action!

Kane vs Shannon Moore

Can you say Squash? Kane absolutely destroys Shannon Moore from turnbuckle to ringpost. Kane nails all of his normal offense and Moore tries to mount some offense against Kane's right knee but Kane fights through it and picks up the victory via Chokeslam and pinfall. After he gets the pin though, Matt Hardy comes running down to the ring while Kane's back is to him..as he is doing his normal pyro. Hardy then CRACKS Kane in the back of the head with the chair. Kane staggers several steps forward and turns around. He turns right into an absolute blast of a chair shot from Hardy. Hardy then calls for his troops from the back, Jeff Hardy and Kidman come running down to the ring and hold Kane down as well as Shannon Moore and Matt Hardy removes Kane's mask!!!! WHAT!? Kane's face on the right side is severely deformed with horridly scarred skin from burns..his left side is almost a clean face though. Kane howls and gets to his feet, throwing the Mattitude Followers off him and they flee the ring. Kane climbs out of the ring and charges after them in a fury..the mask is all that is left in the ring!

Asai vs Billy Kidman

WWE Cruiserweight Title Match

Billy Kidman whom apparently snuck back past Kane to come out. Kidman's music plays as he comes walking down to the ring and climbs inside. Then Asai's music hits and comes walking down to the ring with the Cruiserweight Title around his waist. Asai climbs into the ring and goes at it with Kidman for about five minutes before Kidman hits a cross body into the referee. Why did he you ask? Because Asai ducked it.

At this point Kane's pyro hits and Asai hits his finisher on Kidman in the ring as Kane comes stalking down to the ring in a fury. He climbs onto the apron as Asai stands up. Kane climbs inside while the referee is still down and Kane CHOKESLAMS THE HELL OUT OF ASAI!!! Kane picks Kidman up after this and hits a HUGE Chokeslam to him. Kane follows this up with a Tombstone piledriver to Kidman and then picks him up in a snake eyes position on his shoulder and runs towards the right side of the ring and PROJECTILES KIDMAN OVER THE TOP ROPE AND HE LANDS HARD ONTO THE BARRICADE!!!! The crowd pops huge for this as Kane may have killed Kidman! Kane leaves and Asai whom had just about gotten up. Goes over and picks Kidman up, rolls him into the ring and covers him and the referee makes the three count! Asai retains the Cruiserweight Title but not on his own. We then go to commercial break

When we return we come back to Shane McMahon's office. When suddenly the door opens and Kane storms in, grabbing Shane McMahon and begins throwing him around the room, into several walls and finally throws him down onto his desk choking him, screaming that he wants Matt Hardy next week...Shane would've given it to him anyway but having Kane throw him around and beat him up was just more fun! Kane gets what he wants and storms off to cause more havoc!

D'Lo Brown vs Christopher Daniels

European Title Tourny Match

This was another terrific match between two of Smackdown's top talents. D'Lo and Daniels go back and forth, exchanging offensive moves and counters. Daniels hits a beautiful DDT to D'Lo for a long two count and D'Lo kicks out. Daniels tries for a Last Rites but D'Lo blocks it and reverses out of it into a Sky High!!! D'Lo then goes up top for a Lo Down but Daniels gets his knees up as D'Lo comes down. Daniels then quickly crawls over and hooks the leg on D'Lo and proceeds to pull the tights as hard as he can..1...2....3! Daniels then slides out of the ring as the bell sounds and he raises his arms in the air as he walks backwards up the aisle. D'Lo is yelling at Daniels from the ring as Daniels grins right in front of the set. Daniels will face the winner of the Kendrick/Goldust match later tonight!

We have a camera that comes on backstage that is watching Matt Hardy trying to flee the arena. He is coming out of his locker room and heading down the hall towards the parking lot but he never gets there as he comes around a corner and Kane is there waiting. Hardy can't even avoid Kane's hand wrapping around his throat and lifting Hardy off the ground. Kane throws Hardy into one wall and then another wall and then absolutely drills Hardy completely THROUGH A WALL INTO A LOCKER ROOM!!! (Drywall is the make of the wall) Hardy is slumped in the locker room as Kane looks through the wall with his scarred face...laughing insanely and he walks off..He may kill Matt Hardy!

Then Lesnar's music hit and he came stomping out from the back and did his entire entrance including his pyro from the ringposts. Then once he climbed into the ring the match began. It wasn't the slaughter most would think it should be. Styles used his speed and technique to attack Lesnar's left leg for the better part of eight minutes. Late in the match though Lesnar pulled out a Desperation F5 but Styles reversed it into a spinning tornado DDT and covered Lesnar..1..2...no! Lesnar narrowly kicks out. Styles tries for a Styles Clash but Lesnar powers out of the attempt and once on his feet, snatches Styles up and hits an ugly F5 and covers him for the three count and victory! Triple H vs Rhyno

(Main Event, If Rhyno wins then Edge gets to name the Stipulation for Judgement Day. If HHH wins then Edge has to earn his Title Shot)

Rhyno was the first to come out. His music hit and the crowd went nuts for the Man Beast! Rhyno stormed down to the ring, pounding his chest. He climbed up the ring steps and into the ring. Once in the ring he climbed to the second turnbuckle of the top right corner and pounded his chest again in his pose. Then "The Game" by Motorhead hit and HHH made his way out from the back and he did his pose in the entryway. HHH then made his way down to the ring and climbed onto the ring apron. Did normal pose on the ring and climbed inside and did his normal pose there too. Then Brian Hebner called for the bell and the match begins.

HHH and Rhyno lock up and Rhyno takes control in the early going with a headlock, HHH backs into the ropes and sends Rhyno off him to the opposite side. Rhyno comes back and takes HHH down with a shoulder block. Rhyno hit the ropes again and HHH went flat on his stomach, then as Rhyno ran over and hit the opposite side. HHH got up and took Rhyno back over in a beautiful spinebuster that got a long two count. The match went back and forth from here in what would be considered for the most part a brawl. HHH hits his high knee and facebuster. Though when HHH goes for a Pedigree off the facebuster, Rhyno reverses it into a slingshot to the top left corner of the ring (If looking from the stage).

Rhyno quickly ran back into an opposite corner as HHH staggered out of the corner he had been slingshot into. Rhyno then ran at HHH for the Gore! HHH avoids it though and Rhyno slams himself into the second turnbuckle..he turns around out of the corner into a Pedigree! But Rhyno somehow manages to backdrop HHH out of it and backs up! This time though Rhyno HITS The Gore on HHH and covers him..1..2....3!!! RHYNO WINS! Randy Orton comes running down to the ring with the WWE Title after the match and quickly delivers a RKO on an exhausted Rhyno. Orton then beats the crap out of Rhyno and then finally lays the WWE Title out on the mat and delivers an RKO To Rhyno to that! Before Orton stands over him smacking him in the face. Edge then comes running from the back to help Rhyno! Orton and HHH bail out of the ring as Edge hits the ring. WWE Smackdown

April 22, 2004

We do the usual intro video and music for the introduction to Smackdown. Then once it's finished we get some usual pyro as well to start the show..then it really begins when "Passing You By" Hits and Randy Orton comes walking out from the back with the WWE Title around his waist..doing his poses as he comes to the ring and taunts the crowd on his way down. Then once Randy is in the ring he grabs a microphone and begins to talk on the stick to heavy heat from the crowd!

Orton: Alright you people need to shut up because the Champ has something to say!

The crowd boos heavily after Orton says this and he takes a moment till the crowd quiets down and then he begins to talk again

Orton: Now last week Rhyno stole a victory from The Game to give Edge his Guarenteed Title Shot at Judgement Day and...a Stipulation of his choosing...

The crowd popped big time for this and cheered heavily but Orton cut them off

Orton: DONT YOU PEOPLE REALIZE!!!? It doesn't matter if Edge has a Title Shot...or if he can pick a Stipulation. Don't you all know...I'm the Legend Killer? I Kill Careers. And let me tell you Edge that if not before Judgement Day...on that night. Your career will end.

This is the point where Edge's music hits and smoke fills the entryway and Edge bursts through the smoke making a B-Line for the ring. Orton throws down the microphone and gets ready to fight..Edge doesn't see HHH, Shamrock and Storm come running out right behind him. Edge only gets a couple shots in on Orton when he gets to the ring before a 4 on 1 beatdown ensues! Edge winds up the victim of a Nasty Belly to Belly, a Superkick..a Pedigree and a RKO! Before being left lying in the ring, a bit of blood coming from his lip as the crowd boos the Living Legends out of the building!

Once Spanky is in the ring...Christopher Daniels music hits and he comes walking out from the back with his preacher garb on. He makes his way to the ring and derobes. He's wearing plain red tights as usual underneath. Daniels and Spanky go back and forth for almost 10 minutes in this European Title Match. It is a tremendous match that goes back and forth with several near falls. Spanky hits his odd faceplant to knee for a near three count and Daniels hits a double arm implant DDT For a long two count. Daniels goes for the Last Rites late in the match but Kendrick jumps as hard as he can with it and goes all the way over and ends up on Daniels' shoulders in a Hurricarana position and Spanky pulls him over in a Hurricarana Pin!..1...2....3!!! SPANKY WINS THE EUROPEAN TITLE!!! Spanky gets up and has a look of shock on his face that he won..the look is erased quickly as an angry Daniels whom got up about the same time..clocks him with a nasty lariat. Then Eddie at Wrestlemania XX..both men are down in the ring as Chavo comes running down to the ring and we all think it's to help Eddie until Chavo nails a Brainbuster on Eddie onto the stop sign that was in the ring. Then Raven finished Eddie off and both Chavo and Raven celebrated the victory. Since then it's been back and forth and now...tonight Chavo Guerrero will feel the Backlash of his actions!

Eddie Guerrero vs Chavo Guerrero

No DQ, Pinfalls Count Anywhere Match

Chavo Guerrero's music hits and he comes walking out from the back with a microphone in his hand and immediately begins telling the tech in the back to cut his music! Chavo then begins speaking.

Chavo: I am the big star in this match. So Tech guy in the back. Your going to play Eddie's music and I am going to come out after that! Get this right.

Chavo Guerrero then returned backstage and the crowd was murmuring a bit until Eddie's music hit and the crowd exploded in cheers. Eddie comes out with his normal entrance minus the Low Rider. He does the Eddie Shimmy and then puts a finger to his lips and sneaks over, hiding next to the entrance. Then Eddie's music is cut and Chavo Guerrero's music hits. Chavo Guerrero then comes strutting out and says on his microphone as the crowd boo's him heavily as he walks out.

Chavo: That's more like it. What a True Champion deser.HEY!

This is the point where Eddie had snuck up on Chavo and floored him with a clothesline to knock him down and the bell sounded for the match to begin. Eddie began stomping and pounding on Chavo. Eddie then picked Chavo up and marched him down to the ring, rolling him inside. Eddie got into the ring himself but Chavo took control at this point by hitting a low blow to Eddie! Chavo then picks Eddie up and pushed him into the bottom right corner of the ring (if looking from the set) and began laying in with chops and punches. Chavo then whips Eddie hard across the ring..Eddie goes into the turnbuckle hard and comes back out into a back body drop from Chavo.

Chavo waits for Eddie to get up and then puts him back down with a Dropkick. Chavo then picks Eddie up and backs him into the ropes, back to the set. Eddie comes back at Chavo, ducking a clothesline attempt and comes back at Chavo hitting a Leg Lariat. Eddie gets up and is in control at this point. He picks Chavo up and whips him to that bottom right corner again and follows him in with a splash, followed by closed fist punches to the head. Eddie then whips Chavo across the ring into the opposite corner. Eddie then follows him in for another splash but Chavo moves and then nails a Neckbreaker on Eddie as he took a step back. Chavo then slides out of the ring and grabs a Table from under the ring. Chavo then tries to slide it into the ring but Eddie dropkicks the table back into Chavo instead!

Eddie then gets up and waits for Chavo to get up..then he Catapaults himself over the top rope but Chavo quickly grabs the table and tries to throw it up into Eddie!! What ends up happening is that Chavo is squashed between the ground and table but Eddie bounces off the table as well. Chavo takes the worse of the exchange though and Eddie crawls over into a cover..1....2...kickout by Chavo! Eddie picks Chavo up and slams his head into the Spanish Announce Table at ringside. Eddie then sets the table up on the outside..on the side of the announce table. Eddie then grabs Chavo and climbs up onto the announce table with him. Then tries to suplex him but Chavo blocks it and quickly spins around so that now Chavo's back is to the table and he lifts EDDIE GUERRERO INTO A VERTICAL SUPLEX AND SENDS HIM DOWN THROUGH THE TABLE!!! Chavo lays on top of the Announce table for a moment while Eddie lays in the remains of the table!

Chavo finally climbs off the announce table and grabs Eddie..pulling him out of the wreckage and covers him, hooking the leg..1...2....kickout! Chavo can't believe it and he picks Eddie up and walks him around away from the timekeeper set of stairs to the others and whips Eddie at them. Eddie reverses it and drives Chavo almost through the stairs! Eddie then grabs Chavo and walks him up the aisle but Chavo drops Eddie about halfway up the aisle with a desperation DDT to the floor!!! Chavo then gets an arm over Eddie..1...2...kickout by Eddie! Chavo gets up slowly and picks Eddie up. Chavo walks Eddie the rest of the way towards the set and tries to drive Eddie's head into the side of one of the Hooks (Flat not sharp side..can't go killing Eddie on live PPV). Eddie blocks it and bounces Chavo's head off it instead. Then Chavo staggers towards the curtain and goes backstage. Eddie follows him and we have to shift cameras to a backstage camera!

We come back in with Eddie looking for Chavo backstage and he spots Chavo whom quickly runs into a locker room. Eddie follows him and goes inside and all we heard is a sick thud and we come around the corner with the camera to see Raven standing over Eddie with a stop sign in hand. Raven then picks Eddie up and stands him up and moves out of the way and Chavo comes into view. Chavo has a Florescent light bulb in his hand and WHAM! He shatters it across Eddie's forehead and busts him wide open on his face. Eddie goes down and Chavo covers him..1...2....3!! Tommy Dreamer vs Booker T

WWE Intercontinental Title Match

We see a video package of how these two got together but it picks up when Dreamer devised his plan to become the IC Champion! Dreamer won the Hardcore Title that night and in a match featuring Booker T challenging Goldust for the Intercontinental Championship. Dreamer interfered surprisingly for Booker T. Nailing a "Mind Numb" (Razor's Edge into a Stunner) while the referee was down to allow Booker to pick up the win. From here the Booker T/Tommy Dreamer feud only intensified to culminate at Wrestlemania XX when Tommy Dreamer captured the Intercontinental Title from Booker. This is all shown in video clips, then the last few weeks where they've been at each other's throats..leading up to tonight!

Then as we come back to the arena..Booker T's music hits and he comes out from the back, playing to the crowd. Booker makes his way down to the ring and climbs the ringsteps to the apron. Then steps through the ropes and poses in the ring. Then once he's in the ring..Tommy Dreamer's music hits and the boo's echo down on him..the crowd much louder for this match for some reason. He comes walking out with the Intercontinental Title in one hand and his Singapore Cane in the other. He raises both into the air and then makes his way down to the ring. He rolls under the bottom rope and places his singapore cane in a neutral corner, leaning against the ring steps and he hands his Intercontinental Title to the referee whom holds it up. Then both men stance in the ring as the bell sounds. The match begins with both men circling each other and finally locking up. Dreamer puts Book in a headlock which Booker pushes Dreamer off from into the ropes and Dreamer delivers a shoulder block to Booker. Dreamer then begins stomping Booker as he tries to get up. Booker catches one of the stomps and pushes Dreamer off. Booker gets up first and nails a clothesline on Dreamer.

Booker then nails an arm drag on Dreamer as he gets back up, then another. Then Booker hits a standing dropkick..not the best ever but a decent one to Dreamer! Booker then backs up into ropes as Dreamer gets to his feet slowly. Booker then makes an attempt for an Axe Kick but Dreamer falls to the mat and rolls out of the ring before Booker can hit it! The referee gives Dreamer an eight count before he gets back into the ring. Booker and Dreamer lock back up and Booker takes control with an armbar this time. He snaps it over and then begins torking it hard to put Dreamer to one knee. Booker then begins pounding Dreamer's right arm over and over. Booker then locks in a Japanese Armbar on the mat. Dreamer manages to drag himself towards the ropes and get his feet on them. Dreamer stays in them till Booker backs off and then as Booker comes back at him, Dreamer pokes him in the eye! The referee admonishes Dreamer but he ignores it and lays Booker out with a DDT. Dreamer gets into the cover, hooking the leg..1..2....kickout by Booker!

Dreamer picks Booker up and throws him onto his shoulders for a Dreamer Driver but Booker slides down the back of Dreamer. Dreamer turns into a BOOK END!!! Booker lays Dreamer out and crawls into the cover...1...2...kickout by Dreamer! Booker gets up and goes to the top rope and..Houston Hangover!!! but Dreamer gets out of the way in a hurry and Booker lands hard. Dreamer stands in wait as Booker gets up slowly and Dreamer then grabs him and lifts him up into the "Mind Numb" (Razor's Edge into a Stunner) and NAILS IT!!! Dreamer then covers Booker..1...2...Kickout!!! Dreamer looks shocked and begins arguing with Earl Hebner. Then he climbs out of the ring and grabs his singapore cane and slides back into the ring. He runs at Booker whom was getting up and Booker nailed a High Leg Lariat into Dreamer to take him down and Hebner allowed it. Booker gets up slowly in pain and kicks Dreamer in the gut and goes for his Scissors Kick! Dreamer avoids it and picks up his Singapore Cane and lays Booker T out with it!!! Dreamer then laughs sinisterly over him as Hebner calls for the DQ. Booker T's music hits but that ends quickly when Dreamer picks Booker up with the Mind Numb again but he keeps the Singapore Cane on his shoulder and hits it DOWN ON THE CANE!!! Dreamer is then handed his Intercontinental Title as he leaves though Booker T is the winner. Dreamer celebrates his beatdown of Booker up the aisle though it's apparent that he couldn't take down Booker this night as we head to the next match!

Chris Jericho vs Big Show

This match really doesn't have much buildup to it as it was signed after RAW on Monday Night but we see a few scenes from RAW as well as from their battles of the years past and then we come to tonight!

First man out is Big Show..his pyro and music hit and he comes walking out after his pyro goes off. Show makes his way down to the ring in his usual entrance and climbs inside. Then does his pose in the ring, afterwards standing in wait for Jericho. Jericho's new video hits with the Y2J Countdown and when it ends his pyro goes off and "King of My World" By Saliva kicks up and Jericho turns around out of his pose. Jericho then makes his way to ringside and about halfway down he sprints the rest of the way. He slides under the bottom rope and hits a basement dropkick to the left knee of Big Show. The bell sounds as Jericho continually attacks that left knee with dropkicks and stomps. It doesn't take Show down though till Jericho hits a Trio of Chop Blocks that finally take Show off his feet.

Show gets up gingerly as Jericho kicks his thigh trying to tighten up the muscles and injure the big man. Show gets to his feet and throws Jericho away from him..and Jericho ends up on the other side of the ring. Jericho runs back at Show and receives a standing sidekick to the jaw for his troubles! Show limps about for a moment trying to work the stiffness out of his leg. Then he picks Jericho up and does his stepover legdrop on Jericho which makes the crowd gasp from the possible injuries Jericho sustained! The crowd is completely hot for this entire match, they are lapping up every move though Show is completing alot of them very sloppily. Show gets a long two count after the leg drop and Show picks Jericho up to his feet and whips him into the bottom left corner of the ring (If looking from the set) Show stomps in after him and lays in an open palmed slap to Jericho's chest which puts him down to the mat. Show then picks Jericho up and does another one. Then he grabs Jericho by the arm and hip tosses him into the atmosphere and he lands somewhere on the other side of the ring.

Show comes after him and Jericho in desperation delivers another basement dropkick to that left knee and begins working it over again as quickly as he can. Show throws him off though to the mat but Jericho is tenacious and comes right back after Show's knee and takes him off his feet with another chop block. Jericho then grabs both feet and goes for the Walls of Jericho but Show uses his strength to push Jericho off and it hurls him through the ropes to the outside of the ring! Jericho lands hard on the outside and is counted to about six before he climbs onto the ring apron. Show grabs him by his hair on the ring apron and Jericho grabs Show's head and drops off the apron, choking Show on the top rope. Jericho then climbs onto the apron, to the top rope and stands in wait for a stunned Show. Jericho then goes for a Missle Dropkick which Show swats away and when Jericho gets back up he runs into a gigantic hand which delivers a Nasty Showstopper to Jericho!!! Show then gets into the cover on Jericho, hooking the leg..1....2.....3! Jericho tried to kick out but it was too late and he was worn by the massiveness of Show. Show picked Jericho up and tried to deliver another Showstopper but Jericho hits a low blow on Show and he goes down. Jericho then grabs Show's legs and turns him over for the Walls of Jericho..the crowd is going nuts as he does this.

Cena then comes running out to a chorus of boo's and Jericho doesn't see it coming. Cena slides into the ring, takes off his World Title and clocks Jericho in the back of the head with it. Then he picks Jericho up and hits an F-U for an exclamation point! Cena then helps Show up and Cena raises Show's arm as they leave to Show's music. Jericho left laying in the middle of the ring!

Batista/Low-Ki vs Rey & London

Undisputed Tag Team Championship Match

We see a video package of Batista and Low-Ki defeated "The Legends" (Austin/Flair) For the Tag Titles during the Round Robin Tournament leading up to Wrestlemania XX. Then defeating Team Angle for them at Wrestlemania XX only to be upset on the April 12th edition of RAW by Rey Mysterio and Paul London for the Titles! We see shots of all this and then the last two weeks where Batista has gone out of his way to demolish Rey Mysterio and Paul London which has led up tonight where we find out if Rey and London are fluke's or if they are for real!

Batista's music hits and he comes out from the back doing his normal entrance with Low-Ki behind him in tow. Both men make their way down to the ring and do their usual entrances to the ring. Then Paul London makes his way out from the back to his own music, he makes his way about half way to the ring with his Undisputed Tag Title around his waist. Then Rey Mysterio's music hits and a platform by the entryway is noticed and Rey catapaults from underneath it into the air. He lands on his feet and runs down the stairs of the platform sideways. Then he makes his way up the aisle, playing to the crowd and then slaps hands with London..then they motion to the ring and both men run to it. London slides under the bottom rope and begins brawling with Batista. Mysterio with Low-Ki. Batista takes London to the lower left corner of the ring and begins mauling him with nasty punches and short clotheslines in the corner. Mysterio on the other hand, gains the advantage over Low-Ki in the opposite corner. Batista whips London out of his corner and Mysterio whips Low-Ki out of his but he reverses it sending Mysterio at London. Mysterio leapfrogs London and London keeps running, hitting a Dropsault on Low-Ki into the corner while Mysterio tries to hit a cross body on Batista but Batista catches him and hurls him to the outside, over the top rope!

London turns and sees this, running back at Batista and hits a Dropsault to him from behind, knocking him over the top rope to the outside! Low-Ki though recovers enough to snag London from behind into a sudden Dragon Sleeper but London fights it off by kicking Low-Ki in the head, since he didn't take London to the mat with it. London gets up as does Low-Ki and they lock up. Low-Ki takes control with a hard armbar on London and begins working over his right arm as Mysterio and Batista get to their team's corner. Low-Ki then walks over to the ropes with the armbat and throws himself over the top rope while holding London's arm to wrench it nastily against the rope!! Low-Ki then gets back in the ring and locks in a Japanese armbar which is broken up by a Mysterio sit out dropkick to the face to break it! London favors his right arm as Mysterio is ushered out of the ring by Nick Patrick which allows the non tag from Batista/Low-Ki to take place and Batista takes control on London. Batista picks London up and snake-eyes him on the top turnbuckle. London staggers out of the corner after taking that move and gets inside outed from a clothesline by Batista. Batista then picks London up and goes for the Sit-Out Powerbomb but London reverses the attempt into a DDT as London came down!

London struggles to make the tag to Mysterio but Batista manages to drag him away from that corner. Batista holds onto one of London's feet as he gets up and London is trying to move away from Batista towards his team's corner. Then he surprises everyone with a variation of the Dropsault..a Mulesault as he kicks Batista in the chest with the move and flips forward onto his back. London then makes the hot tag to Mysterio whom leapfrogs the top rope to Batista and tries to go down for a West Coast Pop type pin but Batista pulls him back up and..A SUDDEN SIT-OUT POWERBOMB!!! Batista holds it for a pin..1....2....kickout by Mysterio. Mysterio had taken barely anything so that wasn't enough to finish him. Batista picks Mysterio up and hoists him into a Gorilla Press and walks over towards the side of the ring where the timekeeper and Spanish Announce Table is..AND HURLS HIM OVER THE TOP ROPE AND HE CRASHES DOWN THROUGH THE SPANISH ANNOUNCE TABLE..It splinters into dozens of pieces as if it wasn't supposed to break and Mysterio lays there prone. London immediately goes to check on him and he's out. Patrick counts Mysterio out and then calls for the bell. Batista and Low-Ki win the match but Low-Ki seems upset at Batista as they didn't win the Titles. Batista climbs outside and grabs London from behind and hits a Sit-Out Powerbomb on London on the outside of the ring on the matting!!! Batista then gets up and raises his arms in the air, celebrating the victory...Low-Ki seems less than pleased though as we head to a commercial for Stacker 2!

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs Kurt Angle

This video package is perhaps the best of the night. It shows all the encounters of Kurt Angle and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin..most specifically their two PPV Feud at Summerslam and Unforgiven of the InVasion where they had classic matches. Back and forth between the two and then we come to the Draft Lottery where Kurt Angle moved to RAW and under the orders of Eric Bischoff was told to clean the trash out of the ring...it turned out it meant not only Smackdown but Austin as well! Since then it's been all out war and tonight will be the Backlash of Angle's actions!

Then we come back into the arena with "Medal" Playing and Kurt Angle making his way out through the entryway with the crowd chanting "You Suck" in tune to Angle's music. It's not a real WWE Event without the crowd chanting You Suck to Angle's music. Angle makes his way halfway to the ring and then points to the sky as his pyro goes off in front of the Backlash set. Then Angle makes his way to the ring and climbs up the ringsteps and into the ring. Doing his normal entrance and pose in the ring. Then The Glass Shatters!!! Austin comes stomping out from the back and down towards the ring. Angle motions with both his hands for Austin to bring it on. No fear in Kurt Angle apparently and as loud as the crowd was with boo's and "You Suck's" For Angle. They are that much louder for Austin. (Best Crowd Reaction of the Night)

Austin gets to ringside and takes his vest off..then slides into the ring and the match begins as Angle immediately begins stomping the hell out of Austin as the bell sounds. Austin fights to his feet and begins going punch for punch with Angle. Eventully Angle manages to get the best of Austin and backs him into the ropes, with Austin's back facing the aisle. Angle whips him across the ring and telegraphs the back body drop. Austin then kicks Angle in the chest and flips him off. Angle gets mad and runs as hard as he can at Austin, Austin uses Angle's momentum to chuck him over the top rope to the outside to a huge ovation from the crowd. They've been loud since the start of the match though. That pop was just a bit bigger than their buzz the entire match.

Angle stalks around outside the ring, getting angry and pumped..the referee reaches six before Angle runs back up those ringsteps and gets back into the ring. Angle then uses a burst of speed to run at Austin and Austin again uses it to his advantage as he hits a Lou Thesz Press on the Running Angle! Austin then nails quite a few punches to the head of Angle..then gets up and hits the ropes for the Austin Elbow. Austin then covers Angle for a short two count. Austin waits for Angle to get up and then kicks him in the gut and goes for a Stunner but Angle throws him off to the ropes and catches him off the ropes in an Overhead Belly to Belly Suplex! Angle takes control at this point with hard stomps to Austin as he tries to get up and then Angle grabs him and whips him to the bottom left corner of the ring. Then follows him in with an attempt at a clothesline but Austin gets his feet up. Austin then lays Angle out with a nasty Lariat as he came running out and laid Angle out. Austin then picked Angle up and pushed him back into the top left corner, beginning to punch and stomp a mudhole in Angle.

Angle blocks one of Austin's punches and reverses Austin into the corner. Beginning to lay in hard fists and knifedge chops to Austin. Angle then whips Austin out of the corner but Austin reverses it sending Angle into the opposite corner full tilt. Angle slams into it chest first and goes down hard in pain. Austin covers Angle..1....2...kickout by Angle. Austin picks Angle up and whips him to the ropes and catches him in an Arn Anderson esque Spinebuster and rolls into the cover, hooking the leg..1...2...kickout by Angle again! Austin picks Angle up and tries for another Stunner but Angle reverses it into an Anklelock!!! Austin screams in it for about fifteen seconds and threw Angle off him and threw the ropes to the outside! Austin gets up slowly, Angle though grabs Austin and trips him. Then he drags Austin towards the ringpost and begins snapping Austin's ankle into the ringpost (left ankle). Angle does this three times and stops when the referee threatened to DQ him. Angle then rolls back into the ring and begins to stomp Austin. Angle then goes to work on the Ankle with stomps, torks and using the ropes to tork his ankle in the wrong direction.

Angle then finally goes for the Anklelock again but Austin reverses it by pulling Angle into a pinning predictament..1...2....kickout by Angle! Angle gets up quickly, quicker than Austin can and waits for Austin to get up...Kick Wham STUNNER FROM ANGLE!!!! Oh man if he pins Austin with this it will be the biggest of embarrassments for Austin.1....2....Austin gets a shoulder up and Angle can't believe it. Angle gets up and sets Austin up..on his back near the top left corner of the ring and he climbs to the top rope...ANGLE MOONSAULT!!! Which catches nothing but knees from Austin! Angle stays down a moment as Austin gets up and Angle gets up about the same time. They begin exchanging punch for punch again until Austin pulls a Stunner out of nowhere on Angle!!! Austin crawls into the cover slowly and hooks the leg..1..2....shoulder up by Angle! Austin picks Angle up and goes for another Stunner but Angle catches the kick and throws it down, then sinches himself under Austin's arm..ANGLE SLAM!!! Austin lands on the mat hard and rolls to the middle of the ring and Angle crawls over into the cover..1...2.....3!!! Angle gets the victory!! Angle stands up and celebrates in the ring as his music plays, then drops to his knees in celebration which was the mistake he made..Austin got up slowly and he looked glazed but..stalked Angle nonetheless as Angle got up, he got up right into a Stone Cold Stunner!!! Austin's music then hits and he goes outside the ring and picks up a couple beers from the timekeeper's table where his cooler is..he rolls back into the ring..opens them up and cracks them over Angle's body..drinks them as Angle is getting up and leaves the ringside area as the crowd cheers.

John Cena vs Raven

World Heavyweight Championship Match

Main Event

We see the scene from last year's survivor series when John Cena defeated Chris Jericho to become the NEW World Heavyweight Champion! He has had to prove himself against The Rock and Jericho for months now..culminating at Wrestlemania XX where he defeated Chris Jericho in a Hell in a Cell match for the World Title! Then we see the scene from the Mania XX when Raven defeated Eddie Guerrero with the help of Chavo Guerrero to earn this Title Shot and since then. Raven and Cena have gone back and forth for the last month and we see scenes of all these battles.

Then we come to the Backlash set and Raven's music hits...the ravens crow and Raven comes walking out from the back. The crowd isn't as hot as the last match but still pretty big pop for Raven! Raven makes a motion of the belt coming around his waist as he makes his way down to the ring. Then once Raven rolls inside the ring and stands in wait for Cena..."Thuganomics 101" hits and Cena comes walking out from the back to a chorus of boo's and cheers...damn those fans that like Cena no matter what. He has all his bling on plus the World Heavyweight Title around his waist. Cena makes his way down to the ring and climbs up the ring steps. Then walks along the ring apron and steps through the ropes.

Cena then gets up in Raven's face and takes off his World Heavyweight Title and raises it into Raven's face. Raven spits in Cena's face and the fireworks go off as Cena drops his bling off his hands and began brawling with Raven immediately. Cena backs Raven into the top right corner and pounds him for a good fifteen seconds before Raven reverses it and begins pounding him back just as hard. Raven whips Cena as hard as he can out of that corner but Cena stops dead in the middle of the ring, holding onto Raven and reverses directions, whipping Raven back into the corner he was just whipping out of. Raven flips up the turnbuckles and over the top rope to the outside! Cena climbs outside the ring and begins pounding Raven with stomps. Then he picks Raven up and smacks his forehead off the ring post!

Cena then rolls Raven into the ring and hits the ropes, doing his shimmy as he goes for the Five Knuckle Shuffle but Raven moves and Cena punches the mat. You can just hear the mat screaming from that impact...not! Raven gets up and as Cena gets up, he walks right into a T-Bone suplex from Raven! Raven then quickly gets over into the cover..1....2...kickout by Cena! Raven was half a count from the Title. Raven picks Cena up and whips him hard into the bottom left corner of the ring and Raven follows him in with a splash clothesline, pulling Cena out of the corner with a bulldog to the mat! Raven then covers Cena again..1....2..kickout by Cena again. Raven picks Cena up and goes for an Evenflow DDT but Cena hits a surprising Northern Lights Suplex with a bridge out of it!..1....2...Raven kicks out strongly. Raven is up first even though Cena did that last move and hits a Double Underhook Suplex to Cena. Raven covers Cena again..1....2...kickout. Cena at this point rolls out of the ring and waves towards the back. Big Show then begins making his way out from the back and Raven turns his attention to him. At this point Cena grabs the World Title from the timekeeper and slides back into the ring and when Raven turns back around he gets clocked with the belt in clear view of the referee!!! Cena couldn't hang with Raven so he cheats to get himself DQ'ed! Cena continues to wave Show down as he picks up Raven and hits an F-U to Raven!! Show climbs into the ring and at this point Chris Jericho with a Steel Chair comes running from the back and intercedes from this beatdown. He stops it as Show and Cena scatter out of the ring!

Jericho yells down at both men waving his chair and smacking turnbuckles to show what he would do to them! Cena and Show back up the aisle, gloating and celebrating even though Raven's music hits and he is announced as the winner by Disqualifcation...This doesn't make Raven feel any better as he was possibly robbed of the World Heavyweight Championship!! We leave the PPV as the credits roll with Raven pointing to Cena and making the Belt motion around his waist..showing he wasn't done with Cena yet!

Well this decision was probably a very good one when you see the image of the belts. I've tried to build new MAJOR Superstars with my two main belts and my first attempts have failed as both guys have hurt the Image of their Respective Major Titles and Cena has held his for a long time too.

Alot of False Finishes and DQ Finishes at this show so there is sure to be a bunch of feuds continuing.

Monday Night RAW

We see scenes from last night's PPV though they are in still photo form with audio going over. It shows the big win for Chavo, Batista taking out the Tag Champs. Dreamer and Cena both retaining in shady manners as well as Big Show's dominance over everyone. Then we cut to the normal RAW Intro video and music hit and play for their entirety. Then once they finish we have the normal RAW pyro to start the show and then we get things started with a Tag Team Match for competition purposes!

Team Angle vs Cyclone/Jay Lethal

Team Angle came to the ring first and then after them..both Lethal and Cyclone came out to their own themes. The match was probably the best you will see this month and perhaps year. It was a knock down, drag out for fifteen minutes. Best match of the night by far to kick off the show. The crowd originally wasn't into it but when Cyclone hit a Tigerbomb onto a top turnbuckle on Charlie Haas...from then on they were into it full swing. The crowd popped giant when Cyclone hit that move and were chanting Holy Shit for the next two minutes through. Haas had rolled to the outside with that move and Shelton tended to him.

The match did come to an end though a few moments later where Shelton Benjamin throws Lethal over the top rope to the outside. Then a groggy Haas grabs a loose hold on Cyclone from behind and Shelton winds up with the Superkick..but Cyclone ducks it and Haas catches it square in the jaw and he is out like a light. Cyclone hits the CycloneBomb (TigerBomb) on Shelton as he is shocked and gets into the cover on Haas..1....2.....3! Haas is completely out and Cyclone's music hits as he rolls out of the ring, Lethal and Cyclone leave victorious. After a moment though Haas is helped up by Benjamin but Haas is pissed off and yanks away from Benjamin's grasp. They don't come to blows but the looks from Haas to Benjamin may just have well been as we head backstage before a commercial break.

Batista/Low-Ki vs Rey & London

Undisputed Tag Team Championship Match

This is not much of a match but we begin to understand what is going on. Batista and Low-Ki are first out and Batista comes down to the ring very confident it seems, Low-Ki by his side. They climb into the ring and then London's music hits and he comes walking out..along with Rey Mysterio whom is limping along and not moving very fast. This match is simply Batista mauling poor Paul London as Mysterio is not much help to him. Low-Ki winds up coming around the ringside area and attacking Mysterio. Then grabbing a Steel Chair and wallops Rey over and over with the chair..causing a very quick DQ. Then driving the chair down onto Rey's hurt left knee (Apparently hurt last night). In the ring Batista is mauling London and winds up kicking him low after the DQ was called for and hoists London up into a HUGE Sit-Out Powerbomb that lays him out. Then Low-Ki slides the chair into the ring, Batista picks London up and turns him towards the chair...NASTY SPINEBUSTER ONTO THE CHAIR!!!!

Batista's music hits as he stands over London. Then he and Low-Ki back out of the ring and head to the back as emt's come down to the ring to check on London and Mysterio!

Tajiri used his normal offense and kicks on Bubba but Bubba went to the weapons with a cookie sheet as well as a steel chair to put Tajiri down with a Bubba Cutter to the chair to defeat Tajiri..1..2....3! We're backstage again and Big Show seems to be leaving for the night as he's heading to his car. When suddenly from behind a car comes speeding along..probably only doing 20 MPH but camera tricks make it seem alot faster. The driver is clearly Jericho and he is apparently flipped out cause he winds up HITTING THE BIG SHOW WITH THE CAR, KNOCKING BIG SHOW TO THE GROUND!!! Jericho gets out of the car and starts yelling at him but...shockingly to everyone Big Show stirs and begins to try and get up with a snarling growl coming from him. Jericho leaves at this point as Show gets to his feet, putting his hands on the car to balance himself as he has this sinister look on his face as if he will Kill Jericho!

John Cena vs Raven

World Heavyweight Championship, Cage Match

Main Event

First man out is Raven as the Cage has been lowered and it's ready for this Main Event. Raven gets down to ringside and climbs inside of the Steel Cage! Then "Thuganomics 101" hits and John Cena comes walking down to the ring with everything on and his World Heavyweight Championship around his waist. This match is what you'd expect from a Cage Match on RAW. Problem is that is seems neither man puts forth much of an effort at all as most of the wrestling is very sloppy but the crowd is still going insane throughout so it didn't matter much. Cena hits an F-U off the top rope with help on balancing for the Cage. This wasn't enough to get a pinfall because Cena didn't go for it. The cage door is locked with a Masterlock so it isn't opening. Cena begins to climb to the top of the cage to leave..Chavo Guerrero at this point comes running out from the back and scrambling up the cage but quickly behind him is a Staggered Eddie Guerrero. Chavo leaps up onto the cage and starts trying to climb but Eddie grabs him and drags him to the floor and drops him with a DDT to the matting. Raven had gotten to his feet and scrambles up the ropes to try and stop Cena from getting out but it's too late. The F-U did the damage to keep him down for long enough to allow Cena to escape and his feet hit the floor. If you are a workrate fan..this match is not for you. Lots of throws into the cage and grinding against it. Not much technicality or pyschology as we go off the air with Cena celebrating on the stage with the World Heavyweight Title!

Matt Cappotelli vs Asai vs Kid Kash vs Frankie Kazarian

WWE Cruiserweight Title, Fatal Fourway Match

All four men make their way down to the ring and we have the debut match on Smackdown for Matt Cappotelli! Eventully the last man out is Asai and he makes his way to the ring and climbs inside. Then the match begins and all the men go at it back and forth. It wasn't a spectacular match and the crowd wasn't significantly into it. It was a decent enough match but it finished with a big surprise. While Asai and Kash fought on the outside..Cappotelli put Kazarian down and ascended a corner to hit the Picture Perfect Moonsault and covered Kazarian, hooking the leg..1....2....3!!! New Cruiserweight Champion to kick off Smackdown! Cappotelli is shocked as his arm is raised and he leaves with the Title after a decent match!

We are backstage where Kane and his Mattitude Followers are talking in their locker room when Kane bursts through the door..maimed face and all. Mattitude isn't sure what to do but with only one door to get out through..he stood in the way. They attacked..first Shannon Moore was dismantled by Kane, Then Kidman and Jeff Hardy..all three taken out till it was just Matt. Kane grabbed him and PUT HIM THROUGH THE NEAREST WALL!!!! Into the next room...Kane wasn't finished though as he leaves the room and goes into the next room...Shane McMahon's office! Kane comes in and continues to dismantle Hardy with nasty fists and finally after throwing Hardy head first into a few more walls..He picks Hardy up by his throat and CHOKESLAM TO HELL THROUGH SHANE'S DESK!!! This is not a table/desk that is supposed to have people put through it so it breaks in a very real manner and Hardy screams in pain as Kane laughs sadistically and walks off...His match for the American Title with Hardy is next! We cut to commercial break from here.

Overall Rating: 79%

Kane vs Matt Hardy Version 1.0

WWE American Title Match

Kane's music is already playing as we return from commercial break and Hardy's music plays a couple times. Then the referee calls for the bell and the 10 count begins. Kane seems to be enjoying himself in the ring..Brian Hebner reaches a 10 count and the match is given to Kane. This is the point where we see Matt Hardy being loaded onto a gurny in the back and taken to a nearby ambulance where once he's secured it heads off to the hospital...Kane laughs the entire time and then does his ringpost pyro and leaves as his music hits.

Orlando Jordan vs Christopher Daniels

Jordan is the first out in his return to Smackdown. He makes his way down to the ring and climbs inside..then Daniels' music hits and he makes his way out with the European Title around his waist as if he was the champion! He makes his way to the ring and the match begins. It's not a long match because Brian Kendrick makes his appearance and comes running down to the ring, Daniels tries to attack Spanky but he ducks the attempt and Daniels goes over the top rope to the outside and hits his head on the apron on his way over. Spanky leaves the ring and takes back his European Title as Daniels is counted out. Spanky then stands in wait for Daniels to get up. the referee hits 10 and signals for the bell..at the same time that Spanky lays Daniels out with the European Title! Spanky backs up the ramp and holds the European Title in the air. Jordan celebrates the victory in the ring!

We go backstage where HHH and Randy Orton are talking gameplan for tonight..Storm and Shamrock are there with them.

Orton: Hunter all you have to do tonight is handle Rhyno. I want Edge all to myself. So I can take him out tonight. So I don't even have to worry about..Judgement Day.

HHH: Don't you worry Randy. I AM THE GAME! Rhyno doesn't stand a chance against the Game. And once your finished with Edge. There will be nobody to oppose the greatest stable ever created!

Orton: And you two make sure you get the job done tonight cause if you don't your gonna have to suffer the consequences of that.

Neither man liked the thought of that so they both nodded and looked intimidating..which is what they are supposed to do!

Overall Rating: 84%

Christian/Chris Benoit vs Sean O'Haire/Hurricane

This was a really good back and forth tag match. The normal formula though. Christian and Benoit worked over Hurricane for the middle five minutes of the match but Hurricane managed to hit a desperation shining wizard on Benoit so he could make the hot tag to O'Haire. O'Haire began to clean house on both men with clotheslines and then martial arts kicks to the head for each man. Brian Hebner got distracted with getting Benoit out of the ring and at this point was when Christian pulled something out of his tights and punched O'Haire. O'Haire went out like a light and Christian got into the cover..1...2....3! Christian rolls out of the ring and he celebrates with Benoit on the outside..we see the replay and it shows Christian with Brass Knucks on his fist that knocked O'Haire out! Christian has cheated two straight weeks to get victories over O'Haire! O'Haire is sure to be getting some redemption to come his way soon!

A Prelude to the main event as we see Edge backstage getting ready for the big main event Tag Team match. He limbers up a moment and then grabs his trenchcoat, throws it on and heads for the stage..and that match is next!

Overall Rating: 79%

AJ Styles vs D'Lo Brown

SWERVE! heh Styles and Brown is before the main event as we don't want two tag matches in a row. This is a pretty respectable match for both men, it's obviously serving as a way for Lesnar to get involved with Styles again. Lesnar of course predictably does come running down to the ring, late in the match. He grabs Styles and hits a huge F5 on him. The referee calls for the bell and when D'Lo gets pissed and shoves Lesnar. Lesnar knees him in the gut and hits an F5 on him as well! Lesnar seems to be losing it slowly as he keeps flipping out and destroying AJ Styles week after week!

HHH/Orton vs Rhyno/Edge

Main Event

All four men get their own entrances with the faces coming out last. This match is pretty good and goes twenty minutes of tag match. Back and forth, not really a Heel/Face kind of Tag Match. Not much Isolation, just going back and forth between each other with high impact offensive moves. The match end comes when it looks like Edge may hit the spear on Orton. HHH and Rhyno are fighting on the outside and HHH takes Rhyno out with a smash of his face to the steel steps. Edge runs at Orton for the spear and Orton kicks him in the face to block it. Orton then stances and RKO TO EDGE!!! Orton then covers Edge..1...2....3! Orton then motions to the back as he and HHH are declared the victors but that isn't enough. Shamrock and Storm come running down to the ring with chairs and Orton instructs them to hit a Con-Chair-To on Edge!

Edge gets up groggily and sees both chairs coming just in time and ducks the shot, rolling out of the ring! Edge gets Rhyno from ringside and helps him to the back, holding his own head in pain as Smackdown goes off the air with Orton chewing out Storm and Shamrock for not getting the job done!

Heat Matches

Matt Stryker and Psicosis go at it in a tremendous match till late in the match, Stryker pushes Psicosis off from the Pyscho Stunner and a kick to the gut later, Stryker hits the Stryker Driver for the pinfall. After the match though Psicosis does hit the Psycho Stunner on Stryker to lay him out 81(75,88)***1/2

Tajiri and Shelton Benjamin go back and forth in another tremendous match till late in the match, Charlie Haas comes out and helps Shelton win by tripping up Tajiri when he didn't expect it...Shelton didn't really notice it and nailed the superkick to the jaw of Tajiri for the pinfall..but after the match Shelton does see the replay and is more than a bit annoyed as he walks out leaving Haas in the ring 78(76,80)**3/4

Spanky and Christian absolutely tear down in the best match of the night and better than any match in the past couple weeks. The ending is a bit tainted though as Sean O'Haire comes out and costs Christian the match and the European Title. He has the match won with an Unprettier but O'Haire distracts the referee long enough for Spanky to get up. When Christian finishes trying to get rid of O'Haire..he turns right into a Sliced Bread #2 for the victory! Spanky retains and after the match O'Haire gets into the ring and hits a hard "Cruel Intentions" On Christian to lay him out! 87(83,91)***3/4

Batista beats Taz pretty efficiently with a Sit-Out Powerbomb after dominating him for a couple minutes and then after the match hits another to show his nasty side. Good victory for the big man as Heat goes off the air! 77(72,83)***

The state of the Game at May 3rd of 2004.

Right now WWE is at 20% Global and has turned two good months in a row and is financially stable but it's biggest problems beyond it's booking from within are the Rivals coming up FAST behind them.

NWA-TNA has turned Four Straight Hot Months looking for a fifth and is Global Level just last week game time and is at 10% Global and right on WWE's heels.

Ring Of Honor has been hit or miss at National level and is only at 6% but they are a threat none the less to catch lightning in a bottle and run with it.

Xtreme Pro Wrestling has three wrestling shows including one on sundays on FOX and are the next biggest threat to WWE 8% National and have turned a good month in 3 of the last 5. It should be very exciting to watch the Fed Wars erupt! Monday Night RAW Preview UP NEXT!

Monday Night RAW

May 3, 2004

We click onto Spike TV to see the normal RAW intro with various faces including Kurt Angle, Jericho, Austin and Cena mainly featured and once the opening video is over we come into the arena where the RAW Intro pyro is exploding on the stage. Then once we finish with that we start in the ring as "Thuganomics 101" hits and John Cena with the World Heavyweight Title around his waist comes walking down to the ring. He saunters down to ringside with the crowd pelting him with boo's. He climbs inside of the ring and grabs a microphone

John Cena: Yo what's been going on here lately is a bunch of crap. I ain't gonna give you people no stupid rap. Last week in this very right I had to defend my World Title inside of a Steel Cage. Against a man that I've already proven can't beat me. I retained once again cause I'm the King of Thuganomics so what does the Bisch do? Makes me defend against Kurt Angle tonight? For what? All for ratings or to put bling in Bischoff's pockets. What has Angle done to prove he's worthy of a shot at my belt?

John Cena: I've beaten him before just like everybody else in this company. He ain't no different than the rest.

"Medal" hits at this point and Angle comes out onto the stage in his wrestling gear and has a microphone in hand..the crowd semi-face pops though they also have a section that boo's him.

Kurt Angle: John let me get this straight? I haven't proven myself? I am an Olympic Gold Medalist and Former Multi Time WWE Champion. Damn I was winning Tournaments and Wrestling Competitions before you got your first pair of pumps homie. So if you think you can actully step into the ring with me and lace em up cause we'll do this right now.

Kurt charges the ring and slides inside but Cena merely bails out to the left side of the ring and leaves with Angle in the ring yelling at him to come back as we go to a quick first commercial break.

Overall Rating: 92%

Bubba Ray Dudley vs Chris Nowitski

WWE Hardcore Title Match

This match is actully pretty poor though the crowd gave it as much as they could. But the match overall was a failure even with a Title Change happening. The finish came when Chris grabbed his Harvard Grad Book and clocked Bubba in the head with it, a dull thud sound from the hit and Nowitski covers Bubba..1....2...3! Chris is then handed the Hardcore Title and he flees with it before Bubba can even figure out what happened!

(Winner and NEW WWE Hardcore Champion: Chris Nowitski)

After that we go to a video package showing the Slam of the Week where last week Chris Jericho ran Big Show down with a car and it barely phased the Big Show..

Overall Rating: 86%

Jay Lethal vs Tommy Dreamer

Non-Title Match

Lethal is still coming back from his knee injury in February at this point so he is still wearing a knee brace on his left knee as he makes his way down to the ring. Once Lethal is in the ring, Tommy Dreamer's music hits and he makes his way out from the back with the Intercontinental Title around his waist and comes down to the ring. The match is bearable due to Lethal being a very good worker and Dreamer being decent. Lethal controls a bulk of the match though and winds up winning clean with a Lethal Injection and a pin for the win. He leaves afterwards as we go to commercial break!

(Winner: Jay Lethal)

Overall Rating: 77%

Crowd Reaction: 79%

Match Quality: 75%

We come back from commercial break to see Kurt Angle backstage..well until "Stone Cold" Steve Austin gets in his face and begins beating the hell out of him without warning. Austin finishes the beatdown with a spinebuster to a wooden palet backstage!

Overall Rating: 96%

Batista vs Paul London/Rey Mysterio

Handicap Match

This match wound up turning into a handicap in benefit of Batista it seemed cause he mauled the smaller men and wound up decimating Mysterio and London tonight. Batista winds up finishing the match after hitting his nasty spinebuster on London..he catches Mysterio whom was going for a West Coast Pop and nails a huge Sit-Out Powerbomb on him for the pinfall..1....2...3! After the match Batista laughs and walks off leaving the Tag Champions in the ring decimated.

(Winner: Batista)

Overall Rating: 78%

Crowd Reaction: 79%

Match Quality: 78%

We go backstage where Chris Jericho is standing by with Marc Lloyd but all he does is hold the microphone

Chris Jericho: Ya know Lloyd I don't know what I have to do to stop the Big Slow. I mean you saw it last week. He took that car like a Champ and kept on coming. I mean despite being the biggest Assclown this side of the Mississippi. He is one big mean ugly bastard.

Lloyd: But Chris aren't you concerned that he's going to try and hurt you tonight in your match with him?

Chris Jericho: Listen here Junior. I will tell you when to speak. No i'm not afraid or worried about the Big Slow. He's gotta catch me first for one and if he manages to. He'll have to worry about the Highlight of the Night, tripping those big fat burly legs up and locking him into the Walls of Jericho and making him tap to the Aytollah of Rock n Rollah!

Overall Rating: 100%

Chris Jericho vs Big Show

The crowd was into this match but apparently Show didn't bring his working boots tonight cause he stunk the ring up in this match. Jericho is the only thing that made this match watchable. Late in the match though Jericho had Big Show in the Walls of Jericho and Show threw Jericho off with his sheer power and wound up getting up and connecting with a ShowStoppa for the pinfall. After the match Jericho received two more ShowStoppa's for his troubles and was left lying in the ring in a heap.

(Winner: Big Show)

Overall Rating: 76%

Crowd Reaction: 85%

Match Quality: 56%

Kurt Angle vs John Cena

World Heavyweight Title Match, Main Event

"Medal" hits as we come back from a quick final commercial break and Kurt Angle makes his way out onto the stage. He walks down the ramp and stops half way to point to the sky as his pyro goes off behind him. Then he gets to the ring and climbs inside, waiting for John Cena. Angle got a mixed reaction as he came to the ring. "Thuganomics 101" hits and the crowd boo's perfusely as John Cena comes out onto the stage with the World Heavyweight Title around his waist. Cena makes his way down to the ring and takes his chain and knucks off outside the ring as well as his World Title and climbs inside of the ring with his Title in hand. He hands it to Hebner whom raises it high and calls for the bell for the match to begin.

Angle and Cena went back and forth for fifteen minutes of solid action. Cena hitting his Throwback and Five Knuckle Shuffle. Angle nailing his Overhead Belly to Belly, Rolling Germans and his Moonsault but nothing was enough. Cena though late in the match manages to hoist Angle up into an F-U but Angle wiggles out and lands behind Cena and hoists him up and over nailing an Angle Slam! At this point Austin comes running down to the ring with a Steel Chair and goes after..HEBNER?! Austin completely obliterates poor Earl Hebner with a Chair shot straight across the face. Angle turns around in time to catch one for himself. Cena gets up a short moment later and he catches a Stone Cold Stunner and then Austin's music hits and he calls for beers. Austin gets them and celebrates with the crowd whom giving them no credit are cheering him wildly. Even though he killed poor Earl Hebner they still loved it and him as they always do and he does the Four Corners Celebration, hitting another Stunner on Angle in the middle as he had gotten up. RAW goes off the air with Austin celebrating with the fans.

WWE Smackdown

May 6, 2004

We go backstage to Shane McMahon's office to start off Smackdown tonight.

Shane McMahon: Tonight there has been a WWE Title Match booked..a Return bout from Wrestlemania XX between Edge and Randy Orton. I am announcing now that the Living Legends will be removed from the arena before this match. It will be one on one. So with that...Welcome to Smackdown!

Overall Rating: 78%

Christian vs Matt Stryker

We cut to the ring after this and skip the intro tonight as Matt Stryker's music is playing and he is climbing into the ring. Once Stryker is there Christian's "Themeaddict" theme plays for the first time (I'm a fan of this song personally) and he makes his way out onto the stage in his new costume (Gold Hoodie Jacket). He makes his way down to the ring and the crowd is boo'ing the hell out of him. He gets to the ring and takes it off and climbs into the ring. These men go back and forth for eight minutes of the most exciting wrestling. Christian and Stryker tear the house down with their exchanges. Stryker hits several high impact DDT's and suplexes while Christian hits all his normal offense as well as a Spinning neckbreaker that was executed beautifully. Unfortunately the match has to be tainted as Sean O'Haire comes walking out from the back at the eight minute mark and the crowd pops for him. Christian becomes distracted instead of staying on Stryker. He yells at O'Haire and finally once his attention is back on Stryker it's too late as Stryker hoists him up and nails the Stryker Driver for the pinfall!

After the match though O'Haire comes down to the ring and grabs a chair from under the ring and slides inside. O'Haire stands in wait for Christian and WHACK, knocks Christian on his ass with the chair shot and bloodies him up. Isn't O'Haire supposed to be a good guy?! The crowd is still cheering him so I guess it's ok.

(Winner: Matt Stryker)

Matt Cappotelli vs Asai vs Billy Kidman vs Hurricane

Fatal Fourway Elimination Cruiserweight Title Match

I don't know what I was thinking putting the belt of on all people, Cappotelli. I mean maybe I was thinking to shake things up but I have come to my senses because the kid is the first one eliminated and we will have a New Cruiserweight Champion by the end of this match. Asai is the next to go when Kidman hits a nasty DDT on him, followed by his ugly Shooting Star Press for the pinfall. Kidman gets up right into the Eye of the Hurricane and Hurricane covers him..1...2....3!!! Hurricane has captured the WWE Cruiserweight Title! He celebrates in the ring and then outside the ring with the fans. He holds it high in the air as we go to commercial break.

We come back from commercial with Kane backstage and he is heading towards his locker room when Randy Orton and his Living Legends come around the corner. HHH and Orton are talking and laughing as well as Storm and Shamrock. Then Orton changes his focus to mocking Kane and the others chime in. Then they continue on barely missing a beat. Kane though is left standing there...beginning to snarl in anger

Overall Rating: 81%

Triple H vs D'Lo Brown

Shockingly enough D'Lo held his own in this match and it was actully entertaining and back and forth though it did look like HHH would take it until the Ref took the Harley Race High Knee instead of D'Lo. Though D'Lo merely took a Pedigree right after this but then HHH went to the outside to retrieve his Sledgehammer and when he was looking under the ring for it. Rhyno jumped the Barricade across from him and ran straight at him and GORED HIM INTO THE STEEL RING STEPS!!!! The crowd pops huge for this as Rhyno rolls a hurting HHH back into the ring. D'Lo moves him quickly into position and groggily climbs to the top..Lo Down! and the referee counts..1....2....3!!! D'Lo Brown has defeated Triple H! Rhyno gets in the ring and taunts Triple H over his loss after D'Lo's music hits.

(Winner: D'Lo Brown)

Match Quality: 79%

Matt Hardy Version 1.0 vs Brock Lesnar

Non-Title Match

This match goes off without a hitch and Lesnar pretty much dominates Hardy from start to finish and winds up beating him cleanly with an F5 but this is the point when it gets ugly. Jeff Hardy comes down from the back with a chair in hand but what Lesnar doesn't see is Shannon Moore and Billy Kidman coming over the barricade with chairs from the announce position. Lesnar turns his back to them to focus on Hardy and they get into the ring and it's a vicious beatdown of Lesnar with Chairs by Mattitude. Matt Hardy then grabs a chair and throws it on the mat and picks Lesnar up...TWIST OF FATE ONTO THE CHAIR! Lesnar is left down in the ring as Matt Hardy's music hits and then we go to a commercial break.

(Winner: Brock Lesnar)

When we return from the commercial Edge is backstage in the promo area and he merely grabs the microphone from a guy we don't even really see who was going to try and interview him and he goes off.

Edge: Randy I have waited quite a while now for this chance tonight. You cheated me at Wrestlemania 20. You used three other men to beat me down and take my Title away from me. You are a disgrace to this company and to the WWE Title. I am here tonight to return honor and glory to that belt. I am going to beat you in the center of that ring tonight. There will be no croonies to save you, no way to get out for you. Tonight will be your Judgement Day, not in two weeks. I will take you down tonight Orton and you will merely be a Former WWE Champion when you are Gloriously Edgeocuted.

He drops the microphone after that and walks off and we shift back to the arena

This match is back and forth though Rhyno begins to take control late in the match and looks poised for the Gore when HHH comes out from the back which distracts him and then he tries for a Gore and gets Samoan Dropped. HHH then makes his way down to the ring and climbs inside the ring and proceeds to pummel Rhyno causing the DQ. Rikishi tries to attack Triple H for costing him his match and he gets a Pedigree for his troubles, as does Rhyno and we're left with Triple H in the ring standing over everyone.

Ken Shamrock vs Sean O'Haire

This match was very solid with alot of back and forth action. We move to the end of the match where O'Haire looks like he might have the win in the bag. That is till Christian comes down to the ring which is alot of interferences tonight. Shane McMahon seems to be losing control of his own show! Christian comes down to the ring and trips O'Haire up late in the match when the referee wasn't looking. O'Haire becomes distracted by him and yells out of the ring at him. Then he turns around into a nasty Belly to Belly Suplex for the pinfall...1...2...3! We go to commercial break at this point with Shamrock victorious

Edge vs Randy Orton

WWE Championship Match, Main Event

Edge's "Alter Bridge" theme hits with the flaming pyro coming up from the sides of the entryway and he comes out from the back all pumped up and the crowd pops big time for his new entrance and theme. Edge makes his way down to the ring and takes his jacket off, standing in wait for Orton. Then "Take What's Mine" hits and Randy Orton comes out from the back spinning around and poses as the golden pyro sparks fall from behind him. The WWE Title is around his waist as he walks to the ring and climbs inside. He hands the belt off to Brian Hebner and gets in Edge's face. Edge piefaces the Champion and we go!

Edge controls the early going of this match with alot of chain wrestling and a couple hard suplexes. Edge nearly wins the match a couple times when he hits his Facebuster as well as the Edge-O-Matic but Orton manages to kick out. Orton gets back into the match when he hits the OrtonBreaker as well as his nasty Neckbreaker out of a Razor's Edge. Orton gets a long two count out of it only though. Orton drops to a knee though at this point and gets set to try for an RKO but then..FIRE EXPLODES BY THE SET!!! "Chemical Brothers" hits and Kane comes stalking out of the back and down to the ring. He climbs up onto the apron and into the ring. Orton confronts him which results in what Kane came to do...GOOZLE AND CHOKESLAM TO HELL!!!! Kane then picks him up as the bell rings sounding the DQ and he TOMBSTONES RANDY ORTON!!! Kane is left standing over Orton in the ring with Edge watching on from the outside as his Title opportunity has been ended early by Kane's interference as we go off the air!
