What movie is this?

I just remembered a scene from a movie, where the main character, or the main characters (don't remember who he/she/they are/is) hitchhike and enter a van that mocks the Scooby-Doo characters. They all eventually start smoking something or drinking something or taking some pills or something like that that gets them high, and they all get under some weird effects (demonstrating the effects of drugs or something) and the girls start taking their tops off and they're all dancing and crap. I think it's from Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back, but doubt it. Anyone knows what I'm talking about? Sorry I couldn't be more specific, but it's all I remember really, and it's bugging me for a long time now.

I don't like J&SBSB to much. I prefer Mallrats or Clerks, but you can't really compare J&SBSB to anything, since it's not really in the Jersery Trilogy.
