Japaneese version was great,US version was ok too. But the Ring 2 plot-line sounds so much like the first one.

I've set it a 1000 times, but Ringu has to be the most boring movie I have ever watched in my life. The Ring took all the elements that could have been creepy from Ringu and made them absolutely terrifying. Call me a pussy, but the Ring scared the everloving shit out of me, and even after watching it ten times, there are still parts that make the hair on my neck stand up. The sequel looks just as creepy and I can't wait. I also liked the Grudge, but maybe that's cause I'm a scared little girl inside.
