ROUND ONE THEME: FORD CARS

Rules

You are to take the picture of the car provided and 'pimp' it in any way you like. Body kits, roof scoops, tinted windows, neons, phat chrome rims, decals and custom paintjobs... anything you like. You can also if you wish take the car out of it's original background and put it in your own, perhaps a showroom. You don't have to though. Just do what you like. There are no size restrictions on this graphic.

Judging

I shall be solely judging the entries and I shall be giving detailed descriptions on what I thought of your entries as well as announcing a winner in each battle.

Deadline

Thursday Night 20th January. Midnight GMT time. No late entries will be considered or judged.

Your car ain't been pimped, it's been FIZZLED!!!

(Due to me going back to Uni tomorrow and my PC only following me up there a few days later, I did mine now, I like it....)

Ways I "Fizzled" it:

- Added alloys

- Lowered the suspension

- Custom Paint Job

- Modified the front grill

- Added a spoiler

- Removed the Aerial

I saw this this morning but I'm currently occupied with Resident Evil Four. I will start work tommorow.

Oh yeh, I also removed the indicators lights on the side and re-modeled the front lights.

I regret that I'm not going to be able to get something done in time. I tried something pretty elaborate and it's just not coming along.

I know it won't count, but I spent enough time on this thing that I wanted to post it.

I did body work and the two-tone scheme with the organge-yellow gradiant, custom grills and dropped suspension, tinted windows, new lights (made using the original lights and added a tint on top, it looks bad all things considered but on green screen it looked okay), and that's about it.

I spent two days trying to make custom rims and they looked like shit, so the car has the default rims but bigger tires.

And I moved it to Vegas.

Superb. My pick for car of the round. Rims have been fitted very nicely. The spoiler has been blended in pretty well. There's a little rough area above the number plate but I like the modification to the bonnet and the headlight conversion is gorgeous. There's some evidence of the clone tool again where you've removed the arial, but nothing too major. The one complaint I would have is that I would've liked the paintjob to have a much smoother transition. It goes from blue to orange very quickly in the middle.

Good idea on putting it somewhere new but with the dropshadow it's popping out of the background. I like how you've done different to everybody else and tried customizing it yourself without real car add-ons from google images. The idea is good but unfortunately for me it just looks way too cartoony.
