Nah, the hits were fine, I've seen some stuff like that when I played HS ball. I've seen multiple people get flipped, including having it happen to me (I tried to jump over someone, and the moved up, taking out my legs.), I've seen head on collisions result in concussions. It was a bit Hollywood, but not too bad.
