I'll be looking out for Danica Patrick today, she could be the first woman to win the Indy 500. Personally though this for me is a three horse race. Tony Kaanan the poleman, Helio Castroneves (my namesake) and Kenny Brack - who was the fastest of everyone, including the poleman - if it wasnt for the fact he didnt do the first session he would have been on the pole.

But overall I'm going for Helio today.

It'd be nice if Patrick wins, but I doubt she will. Sure she's a woman with a fast car. Let's just also completely ignore there's 32 other guys out there, several of em with a better shot of winning than her.

If it wasn't for her, few would care about this race. It's all about NASCAR, which is kinda sad for open wheel's long history to just fade away like this.

I have a friend who raced go-karts against Patrick, and he said that she's nothing special. He also told me that he believes that there is something illegal with her cart because he said there is no way that she can be running so much faster than everyone else is.

Yeah good job by Dan Wheldon, he's gonna win the series for sure.

I was still hoping for Danica to do it though, but there you go. Provided an interesting end to the race.
