Black and White 2

I went into GAME this afternoon to buy B&W 2, but the guy behind the counter said that they weren't allowed to sell it because there's a problem with the discs - and it isn't working on any PC. He said that EA and Lionhead had rushed it out too quickly, but it should be rectified within a week.

I would've stayed and asked him why it was still on the shelves and how it had got to #2 (because it's been out since the 7th, and surely they would've realised there was a problem a couple of days afterwards), but I had to go and catch my bus.

So, is there a problem with the discs, or should I try somewhere else?

Given that my friend was texting me a week or two ago about how he was loving the game, I'd have to suspect that the problem isn't as universal as the guy claims.
