The background probably wasn't made by you, it just seems to be a bunch of clouds that you probably got off google.

Next the Christian and Rhino cuts are both blury, and then the one clear cut, which is of Jarrett is badly blended into the sky and is behind the logo.

Work on creating your own, or better backgrounds, get better pictures to cut or get better PSD's and either don't blend or learn how to do it properly.

Photoshop comes with a filter called Clouds. It generates clouds. Thus he made the background, and added some layer blending modes.

Now onto the graphic, i just personally dont like it. It does nothing for me. But alas its a good attempt. We all have to start somewhere ya'know?
