Question about blur.

Ok, I have a picture that for whatever reason, the guitarist in my band decided to blur out some stuff. I don't have the original picture on my computer, and I wanna take the blur off the picture so I can see what's underneath it, and see why he blurred out our dry erase board. I think we have lyrics on the board that he doesn't want anyone to see until the song's done, but I don't mind them being shown on the site.

Is there anyway to take blur off an existing picture? A photoshop filter or something maybe?

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, you'd need to have a .psd format file, right?

The picture will most likely just be a single layered picture so erasing it would just give you the canvas thing underneath.

If I'm thinking the right thing of course.

Yeah I understand what you are saying. If the blur is on a layer then just get rid of the layer.

Yeah, I knew if it was a layer I could remove it. But alas it ain't.

Oh well, I'll just ask him what the hell he blurred. It's not a big deal, it was just driving me nuts because I was trying to read it.
