Predator: Concrete Jungle

Has anyone got this? I'm a huge fan of all things Predator, so I've been thinking of buying it, but I only know one person who's got it.

Basically, do I get to senselessly maim people in a fairly non-linear fashion without having to worry too much about the storyline until I absolutely need to? As long as that's the case, I'll probably be happy.

I've heard that the controls are hard to get used to. At the same time, you can kill people in a brutal fashion, which is always fun. There are a lot of weapons in the Predator arsenal, and he's pretty agile in the game from reports I've read. I've considered renting this myself but haven't been up to the video store in ages.
