NCAA Football 2006 was pretty good. I liked it better than Madden, but I always have liked NCAA Football more than Madden every year.

NCAA Football 06 is by far the best football game I've ever played, hands down! I love the run and gun feel that anything can happen. It reminds me of HS football, and thats a quality Madden doesn't have, it has the structured feel of pro football.

So, ahem, you could go with NCAA Football 06, however they don't have D-III.

You won't find one that covers all three divisions.

College Hoops 2k6 has all D-1A teams, which is a shitload, over 300.

NCAA Football 2006 has all 117 Division 1-A teams, as well as 30-odd D-1AA teams.

I actually have NCAA Football and March Madness 06 and will probably find a preowned College Hoops later in the week. What I was mainly looking for was a computer simulation [like Fast Break] but had the three divisions so you could work your way up...
