When Shane and Stephanie McMahon first began vying for control of Raw, few could have predicted the far-reaching repercussions for the WWE. Their respective power plays resulted in such collateral damage that the only way to settle the dispute was to split the company right down the middle. Now, with Shane McMahon at the helm of SmackDown, the battle lines had truly been drawn heading into the historic WWE Draft.

A total of 20 draftees sealed their fates on the SmackDown live premiere, with the draft concluding exclusively on WWE.com on Wednesday. Discover which brand your favourite Superstars now call home and share your thoughts with the rest of the WWE Universe using #WWERebranded.

Well, first of all, remove the bevel. A lot of people think that beveling text is really cool and good-looking when most of the time, the person using the bevel doesn't pull it off right and it ends up looking like crap.

The pixel text sucks, as most pixel text ends up turning into anyways and doesn't really fit with a "grunge" graphic. As far as "Raven" is concerned, I'd take the orange stroke off of the text and perhaps add a bit of a glow behind the text rather than the stroke, or put it on a overlay, or try using textures and patterns on it, etc.

Yeah, like you said, you ruined it with the brushes. Had you realized it would've need more color, etc. I would've tried using the color filters like gradient overlay or something similar to that and lower the opacity/use some filters on it to give more of a toned down color, rather than whore it out with brushes.

The blending is pretty good though, so that's something you've got going for it.

All in all, it's not a terrible graphic, but it does have quite a few flaws. I'd probably give it a 5/10.

-Don't like the orange border.

-Dont like how the Raven pic in front is so blurred.

-Good Pic Choices.

-Great Text.

-You have a problem with the text, if you read Edgar Allen Poe's The Raven you would know its "Quoth" not "Quote", and "Quoth" looks better and when I hear Raven say it I hear more of a "th" sound than a "e" sound.

John Cena def. AJ Styles by Disqualification
If the road to the New Era was to be paved through John Cena, it was nothing the 15-time World Champion hadn't heard before.

In the wake of his defeat at the hands of AJ Styles and his running mates at Money in the Bank, Cena decried that the so-called New Era wasn't anything more than a case of deja vu. Indeed, The Face that Runs the Place has seen many come and go in the 14 years that he's been at the pinnacle of Sports Entertainment, but nobody else has had the staying power John Cena has. In that time, he's faced countless opposition vowing to overthrow The Leader of the Cenation, but none have yet succeeded. At least as far as Cena is concerned, this New Era is just another passing trend.

If ring rust was of any consequence at Money in the Bank, there would be no such room for excuses at Battleground. Cena looked as though he had a renewed purpose, and The Phenomenal One would not enjoy the same dominance he did one month ago. AJ found out the hard way, as have so many others before him, that there is no one quite like John Cena at his best. With a skittish determination, Cena looked like having the victory within his grasp as the match approached its most pivotal juncture, only to be thwarted once more.

Just as they did during the previous clash, The Club emerged on the ramp to interrupt the WWE Universe's dream match. Only this time, it wasn't Gallows and Anderson who rushed the ring, but NXT stalwart Finn Balor. With Cena so preoccupied by the lurking threat on the stage, he did not see The Demon's ambush incoming. The disqualification soon followed, but the subsequent beatdown meant it came as little consolation.

As Cena lay prone to the assault, it became increasingly clear that AJ Styles had once again escaped without consequence, but not without a little help from his friends. What that means for The Club moving forward is anyone's guess, but rest assured it will not be taken lightly.
