The books come with the same technology the collars in the film were based on, so if that signed copy turns up on eBay, you'll regret it.

There were a load of things I wanted to do a little differently but of course you get studio bosses with editors and all sorts. Basically Sugimura and Mimura were gonna do a load more damage as was Kawada but hey, such is life I guess.

Kawada in the manga and book was portrayed much better than the film in my 'unofficial' opinion
