I sold a giga pack (with the 1gig memory card) and 2 games (Tony Hawk and GTA) on Ebay for £150, although I needed a quick sale and probably could've got more.

A Basic PSP in good condition should go for around £120ish quid I reckon. That's what Id pay for one anyway.
