I vote Jimmy on this one. Manip's pretty good and the whole graphic has a cool clean look to it. I particularly like the way the balloons overlap the logo. Only thing I'd suggest to improve it is to lower the opacity on the background text.

Jimmy's is very clean and stylish. It's very professional whereas Kingofkings24's looks like it's been made in photoshop because someone was bored. So I'm going for Jimmy here.

I concur.. jimmy for me the white made it look alot crisper but 2 very good banners
