Using songs in podcasts

So, I know you can't use songs because of copyrights etc. but is there a list of songs you can use? Or are there any EWBers out there in bands that wouldn't mind sending an mp3 my way?

There are some royalty free sites. The main song on the podcast I used to do a while back (not the short-lived EWB one) was from one such site. All you have to do is mention the site, the group and the song name when you use it, but I believe you still can't use it on a podcast that SELLS a product or a podcast people have to pay for.

Sadly I can't remember the name of the site that I used but the group was "Five Star Fall" so check that out on google and you might find the site. Some of the stuff is okay actually and it covers most genres.

Okay, cheers for that. The podcast is for another website, so I'm going to pool members bands/their friend's bands to give them some air time and me some free songs as well.
