Nintendo Wii Help

I'm buying a Wii next Tuesday in a package deal; a Wii plus Wii Sports plus three games of my choice for £250. I know I'm going to buy Wii Play as it comes with a Wiimote, and I'm getting Mario Kart because I know several people who already have it, I can play against them online blah blah blah.

I can't decide out of the games I've listed in the poll which one I should get as the final part of the deal, so guide me oh EWB faithful.

SSBB. Haven't played Shake It yet but will probably get it not planning on getting TNA Impact nor do I know much about it.

Also, look here and check out the top three games on the page (Zack and Wiki, RE4 and RE:UC). If you like Resident Evil games, those prices are ridiculous (not sure why it's £15 just to wait a week whereas it's £25-30 to get them from in stock) and Zack & Wiki is supposed to be one of the best games on the Wii (just ordered it myself).
