ID a (short?) film for me

I have no idea what it is. It's on Cartoon Network right now but the DirecTV guide says it's a Scooby-Doo movie (which it's not). It started with a thumb dressed up in black introducing the audience to what sounded like "Odenkirk's Theatre". The entire thing was composed of thumbs all dressed up, and the one story I saw had Frankenthumb being chased around by villagers and eventually being rescued (it seemed like) by a thumb dressed like Batman. It was only on for about ten or fifteen minutes, and now the Scooby-Doo movie is on.

But yeah.. I didn't catch the name of it. It piqued my interest because it wasn't a "normal" thing for CN to show, and I think it may have been rated PG (there's one part where I believe Dr. Frankenthumb asks "Whatta the hella is going onna?"). It was weird, though.
