I am the same way, pretty much. It is not fun unless your playing with some friends. My best friend and I have developed a new in-joke by making fun of one of our random teammates online.

Just generally annoying twats on my team to begin with, then all the other bullshit you'd expect - blocking doors/pathways, the insta-kill with the Smoker on the rooftops - all in one session.

The worst is when you get pounced by a Hunter, and your teammates ignore you because they all know each other and your the outsider.

Never seen any of the pathblocking on PC. Most games go well, do get the odd wanker who just want to rush straight to the safe room or who have no idea what they're doing, but it's generally rare.
