Just did my first bit of design for my new job.

Yeah. Probably shouldn't post it yet until it's approved or whatever. But yeah, after three weeks of being employed, I finally did my first bit of design work. The supplied copy was terrible, and so were the instructions. I was sent three low-res pictures of boats, one logo and instructed to "Make us a half-page advert".

*sigh*

It only took about a half hour, but I'm excited, cause if they go with it, it will be the first thing I've ever made to get printed in a multi-national glossy magazine. I've made newspapers, CD covers, posters and fliers before, but this is my first global magazine piece.

Yeah, rocking.

(Each issue of this magazine costs about thirty quid )
