just found my copy of the PC game, The Movies and wanted to install it but then realized I dont have the cd-key anymore and I was wondering if anyone here has The Movies and could give me the CD-key, if neccessary I can show a proof of purchase, im not pirating the game, I just want to play my game again.

You could do the illegal thing and just find one on the interent, i am sure googling one would make it come up.

Other alternative would be to get in contact with Lionsgate (I think its made by them) and see about getting a cd-key sent to you

I'm not saying that the exact same thing happened to me with the exact same game and that I used a keygen, but that might've happened. Online content for the game is done; they closed up The Movies Online a couple of years ago, so you can't even register online or upload movies or anything like that. If you bought the damn game, do what you have to do to get it working.

Yea its made by Lionsgate but they have all but shut down support for The Movies, SouShow is right once they shut down the online content them seemed to move on, ill try a cd key gen I have just always been wary about using those.

I made a great movie on that game once. A noir detective drama where the detective is helped by the ghost of his dead partner.

It had a really arty, slow start and then all hell broke loose when it turned into a werewolf horror movie towards the end. Brilliance.
