Holy shit, sweet. Now do I just save them, or do I have to download them from somewhere?

Just save them into the GFX folder. If you want it as a loading screen it has to be titled EWR_load1 (There is more options when saving a set thoigh)

If it's just to use as a normal background then save it as whatever in the GFX folder and select it from the options screen in EWR.
