Wahey! Nicholas Roche has just won his first ever World Tour stage. Seemingly likeable bloke, follow him on Twitter. He's had a disappointing season so it's great that he picks up a win at the end of it.

Irish one-two (Deignan finished second). Dunno the last time that happened in cycling history.

They broke away a bit earlier in the stage and stayed away and stayed away but the peloton started catching them little by little. They finished ahead of the rest by 1 second in the end.
