Could be worse, one of the early versions of the FA Cup was stolen, I think. The Jules Rimet was stolen, lost, recovered and stolen again and has never been recovered.

I don't know where it could be found, but a few years ago Jason Akermanis did a handstand on a stage and fell over, almost knocking the premiership cup down too. It's bizarre how often these things happen.

The Copa Del Rey is about as prestigious in Spain as the League Cup, if it wasn't for El Clasico, nobody would have cared.

Also, Arsenal should sign Sergio Ramos, he's just proved he's good at letting cups slip out of his hands.
