Company logo distortion

I've noticed that when I play EWR with my resolution settings and use logos, they are generally distorted and frankly don't look very good. The guide says that logos should be 100 by 100 pixels, but I found on my resolution settings (1280 x 1024) they look better if they're 121 x 105 pixels.

I've also tried 1024 x 768 and even 800 x 600 and in neither case do my 100 x 100 logos look right. They stretch horizontally to fit that 121 x 105 pixel frame.

Anyone else notice this/have issues with logos looking right in EWR?

All the logos I've made have been 121x105 (except the touring logos which are 80x80, but I make them 100x100)

And to add to this, the size for the banners is random too.

I can't recall exactly off the top of my head but it's something like 659x72, give or take.
