So I spent some time cutting down some roles last night and managed to get a (somewhat unbalanced but at least playable) 24 role set up. So if cymru is on the level about playing, we have 24 signups for 24 roles. I'll still keep signups open another day because

1. The Winter Classic tomorrow will keep me busy.

2. I won't be online much to put a thread up anyway.

3. I already said I would.

4. More signups means I can add more cool roles back to the game.

But I'll have everything ready to go on tuesday.

I'l trying to let the town regulate it's own activity and for the most part it's worked okay. I'll be keeping an eye on things looking for the ability to get people who really want to play a shot on goal.

I kinda like a system where it's up to the players to say to the mod 'Hey, this dude hasn't posted in a week.' Then the mod sends him a PM saying 'Do you want to be replaced? If not, post properly in the next 48 hours.'
