I post this because some guy I vaguely know on another internet forum has a wife who has something similar. She has to have a defibrilator strapped to her chest that will jolt her back to life whenever her heart just stops. Proper stressful and terrible really.

Why not put in a pacemaker or having looked up pacemakers to make sure they did the same thing one of the implantable defibs?

Sky Sports interviewed him in the middle of Fabrice Muambas recovery and showed that clip, I think vaguely hoping he might be able to do the same. Really impressive stuff.

Wow, that's crazy! Thankful for most of the technology we have today, had it not been for that, off chance he could've died had it not been on sight to administer the process of getting his heart beat back
