Comic Book Hero

Figured I'd post here as I thought it might not get noticed in the Ryland forums, though if a mod wants to move it, then by all means do.

Has anyone actually played Comic Book Hero? I've been on a Marvel kick lately, and suddenly remembered this game exists...but I don't really know anything about it, or what mods or anything are available. I liked the sound of it when it was in development, but never quite understood how it all works.

Anyone have any experience of it?

There's a comic book Ryland game? Literally the first I have heard of this.

I like it. There's aspects that are a bit repetitive and the combat system is turn based, which isn't really my thing. Regardless, it's got a really good game world with some interesting characters to team with or make your enemy. It tends to work better with a strong imagination though, a bit like TEW really, the aspects are there, but you need to flesh it out with your mind if you want immersion.

Just as well that the default world is good though, there doesn't seem to be much of a mod community for this game over at GDS anymore.
