As a Falcons fan im sad to see Big Bob Whitfield leave, and im also angry that they didnt keep Quincy Wilson around.

As a Packer fan...I'm surprised they cut Tim Couch...He didn't show well in the preseason, that fact is agreed upon, but I don't know...It seems after all the trouble we went to get him and something more would have came out of it. I guess that is just the way things work.

Well it looks like the end of the road for Tim Couch. Chalk him up on the lists of number one draft picks who didn't amount for what they could've. He may be brought in somewhere else, but I don't see it happening.

there are still plenty of teams in the league who could use a veteran back up and couch may fit that mold

I'm not suprised at all at the Patriots cuts. CB Terrell Buckley is a decent CB but he is getting older and the Pats have more than enough talented young CB's so its a good move to get rid of him.

SS Je'Rod Cherry wasn't very good, and I'm suprised he stayed on the team this long. He was pretty good on Special Teams, so I expect a team to pick him up to play there.
