That's my point. What is the twist? What were her motivations? Was it a power grab, or was Pink Diamond herself too harsh and Yellow is actually relatively good? Was she motivated by pure reasoning? Was it emotion? All those questions and such.

Man, I love the design of Pink Diamond. I'm intrigued to the next step of the show cause that was a damn big reveal.

Wow. This week of episodes was amazing. And that last one actually felt like it could have been the series finale (with a 10-15 more minutes). I want the next set of episodes!

So comes the end of the originally planned 5 season arc of Steven Universe. But from what I've read... it's NOT the series finale. 

 

Oh man... did it ever make me feel feelings. The last 5-10 minutes had me tearing up the whole time.

Four episodes of Steven Universe Future (post movie) have come out! They are all pretty good... but that 4th one, hot damn did it touch on a heavy subject.
