I downloaded an emulator to play some ROM's and I have been mollycoddled by modern gaming, I swear these games were a lot easier when I was younger. No tutorial, 3 lives, can't save whenever I want... kids these days don't know they are born.

Mega Man X (1993)

The end is near with one 3 Sigma stages left. It was now time for stage 2.
Stage 2 was so much less frustrating than the former. 
Got through this in one breeze. Came across some old friends too!



Yeah, they didn't last long, poor things.
After Storm Eagle I had to face another Boss. This a face, quite interesting face with each thing doing something different.



As you can see, demolished it! Stage 3 is where it was really at though!

Here I had to fight some friends again! A lot more though! Check it out!





After I got them all done it it was time for the Boss of Stage 3. D-Rex! 
The Boomerang Cutter really helped out in this battle.



Now it was time for Stage 4 and our battle with Sigma. Will I win? Will the HADOUKEN come in play?



O boy it did, his pet Velgauder and Sigma himself were no mere match for the power of HADOUKEN.
But that was not it, the two merged.



It became a real fight. I was unable to hit Sigma now with the HADOUKEN.
I had to rely on the Rolling Shield.
It was a tough battle but I had 2 Sub-tanks left and they saved my ass.



Sigma was done for. It was time to watch his castle burn and think about what all went down....



Then the credits rolled......



FFS!!! This was not the end! This will be continued in Mega Man X 2!!!!


Conclusion:
Mega Man X (1993) is a great platformer, it has all the classic Mega Man ingredients like a great soundtrack, fun stages, epic enemies and great gameplay.
Yeah, finally I've beaten it! Gotten everything out of it and I enjoyed it! Could've done it faster but I'm rusty at platforming.


Next game? Well, I want to play one of the games you guys suggested but hey! I have been dying to finish this game 103% since I was young...

Fever Pitch  

I got really into that game again a while back. It's terrible and awkward to play... yet when you get used to it it's kind of good and bizarre. I miss these kinds of games. Create a sports game, and have a comedic and outrageous take on it.
