I'm probably gonna go take the Xbox in on Wednesday as it is the next day I have free. I have all the stuff (Receipt, box, cables etc), but has anyone got any idea what it could be if I get it there and it works for them? I've had it get past the black screen a couple of times, but it'll always freeze up before everything has loaded up/I can sign in. Surely that is some kind of internal fault, right?

I've gotta start getting some cash/levelling up a bit, so does anybody wanna do some jobs at some point? Or just anything to make buying this game worthwhile? Please? i'm just drinking whiskey and hitting the bong alone :(.

Well when I got it I was told it had one year warranty, so if they refuse I may have to start kicking up a fuss (which I hate doing, before I refuse to have a £300 brick that is less than a year old)

How irritating, but I suppose it's better that it happens now. now, does anyone know if I have to take it back to the Game I purchased it from, or just any store?

I'm starting to think my Xbox may be busted. Every time I boot it up I get a black screen after the initial Xbox one load up screen. The only thing I can get to show up is the turn off controller/console option when holding the Xbox button on the controller. I've attempted a hard reset but that didn't do anything. So is there anything else I should try, or shall I give up and look at getting it replaced since I'm sure I still have warranty on it.

I'm just about ready to give up on the Xbox. So far today I've spent almost two hours trying to install a game from disc, and twice the installation has stopped because "the disc is dirty" (the disc is brand new and clean)' and failed to even boot up correctly three times. I have a ps4 sitting next to it, so I'm not even sure if it's worth the effort anymore.

That is if I ever get around to playing you lot >_>. also, I wasn't ignoring your invitation just, the notification popped up on my phone to make me realise I'd left the ps4 on.

I'm trying to get in Fallout, but I'm just not enjoying this one the way I enjoyed 3 or New Vegas. I'm not sure why, but it just doesn't feel as compelling. That and some of these enemies are ridiculous. I don't care if it is mutated, a Bloodbug should not be able to survive 5 pointblank hits from a shotgun!

I'm really hoping standing tickets for this gig hold out until the end of the month. I need to see these guys, but going to Kacey Musgraves and Skindred this week has wiped me out financially.

Was at the Walsall/Chelsea game tonight.Obviously the gulf in class ended up being the deciding factor, but I feel like the 4-1 result may be slightly harsh on Walsall. There were points when they took the game to Chelsea, and had a couple of close chances to score in the second half. Result was always going to be a pretty obvious one, but Walsall have a lot of positives to look at coming out of it.

We really suffered from Donaldson not really having anybody up top with him. Our second half was summed up as 'one too many touches', with the irony of course being that if Maghoma had taken an extra touch, he probably would've buried his one-on-one attempt.

Gutted about the result, but in no way embarrassed. We are a Championship side with a League One budget, and we took on a side with three former Man City players, who spent roughly £50million this summer. The boys did us proud tonight, just a shame we didn't have that quality in the final third tonight. 1-0 was probably a fair result, but could've quite easily been the other way around.

I've seen a lot of Villa fans angry at having Grealish on the bench, but they haven't put out a poor side. Gray vs Bacuna should be a mismatch though.

You are a braver man than me. Not that I could've got one anyway, 2800 was a ridiculous allocation. Keep going back and forth between being confident we can beat Villa, to being terrified that we will get rolled over. I've not seen the squad Villa are putting out yet, but we are without Cotterill, which is worrying. Plus Toral is on the bench, which I'm less worried about, but I feel like he could've caused problems early on.

Just because I'm not 100% sure, how does the Xbox game trials thing work? Is it 10 hours per game? 10 hours total? Does it reset at any point?
