I'm up for another one, since I came SO CLOSE to winning in this one. Ideally can we have a week or so in between as I'm going to be in Berlin this coming weekend so I'd miss four sessions?

It filled up really quick after I posted that. It seems really cool actually, some teams have only one car varying all the way up to one team thats running FOUR. This should be interesting.

Just a quick shout for anyone fancying trying out the new Indy 500, there's a public game filling up now with a lot of open slots including two team slots with me.

Vector's logo has been stolen. If anybody else is having a go we can always decide between em later. Good race there, I didn't think my setup would come off that well but 3rd put me top of the table so I'll take it! If only my public games were going that well.....

Into the EWB game? I think Dan asked as well and we couldn't be able to invite anyone in once the private game started. But we might get another one up once this is finished sometime next week, though we'll see when it draws near. A minor suggestion and you could probably convert it from a gif, but how about perhaps the EWB logo at the top left of the board and adding an 'R' onto it? You could even crop it since it's only slightly larger than what's required. That was my thinking as well. Unfortunately I have no graphical skill whatsoever sooooooooooooooooooo somebody else Size has to be exact sadly or the BATracer site won't accept it.

I actually thought the clan was already active, since I notice our clan ranked 2nd in the public game me and Zaz are competing in. How many more do you need? Speaking of the public game, part of me finds it kinda...ironic (if that's the word I'm looking for) that me crashing during the the Spa GP last night made some influence on the race, making some contribution to help my teammate, who started at 20th, climb up and get his first win in that public game. In which case, I ain't complaining. We just need one more member. So if anybody's signed up but hasn't been given an invite please say so. A logo would be good too: has to be a jpeg 200x60.

Yep that was a good one, I didn't realise how close we were until after that pitstop, I had only seen the massive gap between the top 3 and the rest of the pack. Kudos to Zaz for a good race.

An "80%" (Number varies depending on who you talk to) complete version was leaked by a beta tester/reviewer, but by this point the coding was so convoluted that the game was bloated and generally unplayable, and it was ditched. AJ later went and fixed up some problems with 1.2e and released it as 1.3. I had the 2.0 as a kid, can't remember too much about it. Actually, flicking through 1.3 now, maybe I've got that wrong, because it's a lot more complicated than 1.2e. Anyone with a better memory than me clear this up? 1.3 is an enhanced and recoded version of 1.2e, allowing for more promotions and so forth, it also generates new workers as the game progresses. I'm not sure what the installation problem Huntsman has been having stems from, its usually just a case of a corrupted download.

FINALLY, Finally I pull off a win! Another good race, some appalling setup results across the board as well.

I like it better when Slogger forgets to play. All the rest of you need to join EWB Racing!

Haha *swerve* Given how many laps of testing / warmup I seem to get screwed out of every race I don't hold up much hope of maintaining any sort of pace in this. Same story in my BTCC game (Alfa Romeo in Production Class) and my other F1 Season (Toro Rosso, replacement driver).

I'm so glad Vector didn't finish on the podium after that.

God dammit, I lost way too many testing laps to make much of that race.

Hmmmm, my times actually got slower as I went on. If I remember right, the hard slicks are longer lasting but take longer to warm up right?

Good question, I wonder if there's anything on imdb about it - Dog Soldiers was excellent. I've no idea how they're planning to make the sequel to Outpost but I do know I want to see it.

Any love for Outpost? I picked up the DVD a couple weeks ago and I love it. No stars in the cast but it all comes together as an ensemble. Ray Stevenson (Rome) and Richard Brake (Doom / Batman Begins) would probably be the two most recognisable actors in it. Overall a very slickly done UK action horror, quite reminiscent of Dog Soldiers.
